To be honest I was dubious about ordering from this company due to some of the reviews, so I emailed them first. Their response was almost immediate and correspondence with them made me feel more confident so I ordered from them & I honestly couldn’t be happier. Super fast delivery to Jersey, fantastic price and fantastic quality, all packaged really well. Would definitely order from here again. 100% recommend. Very, very happy customer 😁

Bought a jacket from them did not no about there return policy tried it on seemed fine at time but took it back then I was told no refund just a credit note was not happy no discretion at all asked about there expiry she told me there was no expiry so I went back a week later and bought another jacket guy told me there was only a year on a credit note not happy at all they need training on stuff they don't no about should of called manger about issue but on my first experience would not shp there again they had a sign on return policy but very small and they where not very up front about this

After ordering I looked at reviews for this company and was slightly worried about the order I had placed as there were quite a lot of negative reviews. I can honestly say I am very happy with the order I have received, my order was despatched the following day, there was a slight delay of 24hrs with delivery but that was due to the delivery company and they emailed to keep me updated. 1st time I have used this company and will definitely be using them again.

Fast shipping, my order was approved on Wednesday and arrived on Friday. Great customer service, send me a couple of pictures of my jacket helps me to check the color. Also, does not have any import/customs tax required when it reaches the US.

Absolutley brilliant. After lots of searches for a jacket that seemed out of stock everywhere I found one. Easy to order, free delivery and arrived at my door 25 hours after ordering. Wow just fabulous. Thank you so much.

I bought a moose knuckles Grayson jacket from aphrodite in late july. The buy was quick and sent to me quick and great. But after 5 weeks the plastic on the coat came away on both pockets one worse than the other.and only had it on 4 or 5 times thanks to the great weather we had. NOW I SAY DO NOT BUY FROM APHRODITE 1994 as soon as you need to return the coat for a refund what should be done in 72 hrs after seeing the jacket.... I had to wait a week at least to send it back as the person that deal with it was off ( not sure why somebody else cant deal with it or send a email to moose knuckles) I still not sure why this has to be sent back to moose knuckles unless aphrodite 1994 is saying i done the damage to the coat. Getting a time frame out of faye on this is like getting blood from a stone and may have helped me to know it. Its still not sorted 24 days now and i will give them up to the 28th day to get my refund sorted out as now looking in too how to force this matter and get my money back so i can buy a new coat as need a winter coat asap now.
I did offer to buy another make of coat from them so i had one to walk around in but still no joy. PLEASE GO TO A BIG COMPANY WERE THE REFUNDS ARE QUICK AND DONE IN HRS THAN APHRODITE 1994. i wrote this just as a thought to others thinking of buying from here so you have a idea what happens on a refund. i told faye i be looking into the legal things i can do to get my money back and hopefully it not come to that and they do the right thing a refund me

I was looking to buy a Taion item and Aphrodite had it in stock and at a great price. So glad I ignored the negative reviews because the item arrived within 24 hours of dispatch and arrived well packaged and in perfect condition. The email communication confirming my order and the subsequent updates were good. My first order and definitely not my last.

First time order. Great delivery- Ordered a polo RL jumper on Monday morning and delivered Tuesday morning. Got it a fantastic price in the sale. No complaints so will definitely will order again.

I wanted a pair of Clark’s Wallabees but all sold out elsewhere. Aphrodite not only had the size I needed but also at a discount. Delivered quickly and securely with Royal Mail unlike some other firms. Well impressed, highly recommended.

Not a good store
Boots marked as a size 10. Always had Clarks size 10 boots and shoes and fitted perfectly. These clarks boots were marked wrong as they were two sizes to big. Still had to pay for the return. Would never use the company again.

Dispute regarding refund which I have not been offered due to awful return policy, online store credit only. Company have kept my money since beginning of January still waiting for voucher after going through klarna to resolve!!
