Highly recommended!

I couldn't have asked for a better experience with Appeal Wizards. They handled everything from getting in contact with higher-up teams at amazon to writing the appeal letter and changing things as needed. Amazon is a super difficult company to deal with and we had to deal with over 10 appeal rejections. However, Edwin at Appeal Wizards was persistent and eventually, my account was reinstated. Forever grateful to them!

After having no luck trying to get my account re instated myself, let alone any communication back from Amazon, I contacted Appeal Wizards based on their reviews and pricing. I'm glad I did. It took longer than I hoped (no fault of Appeal Wizards), but Appeal Wizard was in contact with Amazon at least once a week and many weeks 3 or 4 times. I firmly believe that if I would not have used Appeal Wizard my Amazon selling account would still be deactivated. I highly recommend these guys. They are honest and transparent and won't leave you in the dark. I'd leave 10 stars if I could.

They really helped me a lot. At first I was frustrated because no matter what you reply, you always receive the same reply (Greater detail on issues or do not have enough information...)
But later with the help of Brianna and Nelson, everything went smoothly.

I found Appeal Wizards on Google after I had received a deactivation notice from Amazon due to a policy violation and they took my case and got my account back in less than 2 weeks. Unfortunately, Amazon was still around to get me and put me on trial for a month like they always do so I contacted this company and they took my case again without any hesitation, and within a day got everything cleared up so my account is now safe and good to go. Very happy with their customer support, communication and willingness to help when needed. Thank you Nelson and Brianna!

I had a difficult case regarding an ASIN. The Appeal Wizards team worked tirelessly for 5 month on my case. I was really impressed by their effort.

These guys did exactly what they said they would do... "get my Amazon Seller Account off hold". I felt like I had been going around in circles for months lost in the world of Amazon customer service team and getting more and more frustrated with stock/cash tied up in my account. I was told on average it takes 2 weeks to get these types of issues resolved and they were pretty much spot on.
I'd highly recommend these guys, friendly, clued up and got results for me.

My product was complained as a second-hand product, and I tried several applealing services but all failed to appeal. we nearly had no hope, but luckily we found this company. Unexpectedly, it took a short time to appeal successfully and my product was reactivated again! The attitude of the customer service is very good. Brianna emailed me frequently about their submission and Every time they send emails to tell me the progress and encourage me. If we encounter similar problems in the future, I will definitely find them again, and I will recommend it to my friends who are amazon sellers around!

Great work done by appeal wizards. Edwin worked hard to get the account back immediately. The process was expected to take a week or two but got it done in a few days. Don't waste your time and get them on your side straight away!

The Appeal Wizards team helped me work through a infringement complaint on Amazon.

The situation: Someone made an IP complaint against my best seller (multiple variants) just as sales started to increase on it and I had ordered 100s of units of stock. Amazon immediately removed the listings :( ahhhrrggghh!!

I tried to appeal it through the standard (rigid) Amazon process and through seller support and all I received was the usual generic and unhelpful replies. Despair started to settle in...

I found Appeal Wizards through internet search and I was sceptical at first (more so because I know how difficult Amazon can be so how can anyone possibly help me???) but after speaking it through with Nelson their sales VP decided to go ahead as he clearly understood the dilemma and provided a clear path to resolving the problem for me.

Within an hour I was contacted by Brianna who was allocated as my Case Manager. She asked me to provide a few details and went off to work. Very helpful, quick to respond and answer all my questions (as a newbie to this sort of issue).

One week later (today) I received an email from amazon saying the complaint had been lifted and the listings reactivated and that they were sorry about the inconvenience! lol I didn't even now Amazon where capable of apologising! hahaha

Well I am now in the process of sending my stock back to Amazon! Yeah, take that Amazon! :)

I can’t thank the guys enough. I had only started selling 8 months ago after being made redundant and invested most of my money into these products so I would have been up s@@h creek without a paddle had Appeal Wizards not come to my rescue!

Ps - worth to mention Brianna was thorough enough to say if the same person tried it on me again I should contact her and she would get onto it. This level of service and follow through is priceless and means a lot as I was super worried of the same thing happening again.

Amazon is a tough world and absolute minefield and I feel a lot safer knowing that these guys are here to support me.

Appeal wizzard is very well worth every penny, they are so organized and they have an excellent system that will get you the best help needed with your account. Amber was so patient and she new exactly how to write an appeal. After two appeals I was up and running, less than a week. Thank you Nelson.

Appeal Wizards did a fantastic job in getting our Amazon Seller Account reinstated. We were deactivated for being (wrongfully) associated with another seller account that we had no knowledge of, or even what the name of the other entity was. Edwin at Appeal Wizards made dozens of calls to Amazon Seller Performance on our behalf and was able to gather enough information for us to be able to understand where the confusion was in the Amazon system and address it effectively in our appeal. Once we did that we were promptly reinstated. I can't say enough good things about Appeal Wizards and the way they go to bat for their clients - and they were less expensive than other appeal consultants we had previously used to boot!

Appeal Wizards was a great partner when our Amazon account got shut down. Was very fast to move and write our POA. Throughought the entire process they communicated every step and answered all questions we had.

I spent 10 days on my own sleeplessly question myself... how could I improve? what have I done wrong? what can I improve? FOR AMAZON. I gave up and found appealwizzard. In 6 hours, my account is resumed. The night before, I dreamed of the account to be resumed when I woke up. My dream came true.
