Excellent service
I changed my mind about an order and the gentleman on the phone was brilliant about changing my order to the new item. It arrived on the day selected, and I was kept informed every step of the way. The delivery driver was really friendly, removed my old appliance, and installed the new one perfectly. I would definitely recommend Appliance World Online.

Two man job not one!!!
Throughout the process from ordering to delivery it was a good experience. The delivery person, Fergus was amazing. I was however surprised that he was not accompanied, the delivery was really a two person job and actually in the appliance literature it stated two people. It made for a very difficult job manoeuvring the fridge freezer. So my thanks are to Fergus for a fabulous job.

I was promised a delivery date time and that was met and exceeded all my expectations.

A guy came out to deliver and reinstall the integrated fridge and the cupboard doors aligned perfectly.

The delivery men were absolutely brilliant.
The delivery men were absolutely brilliant. They rang me just as they were pulling up outside my property, so I was ready for the delivery. They were super quick and efficient in getting the washing machine in the right place. They tested the machine before they left and took my old appliance away They treated me like a family member.

Fantastic service. I received an email from them the evening before delivery with a 2 hour timeslot, the driver also messaged me when he was 10mins away. Driver was very friendly and helpful. First class service, thank you.

After initially posting that my experience wasn't great because I had to pay a £39.99 redelivery fee after the first delivery attempt was unsuccessful and then the redelivery cancelled, Appliance World read my review and kindly refunded me the £39.99. Due to this I have amended my review to give 5 stars because every time I had to call up everyone I spoke to was really helpful and I really appreciate the £39.99 refund. Therefore I would use Appliance World again. Thank you
