The delivery driver who delivered my washing machine
The delivery driver who delivered my washing machine was very helpful and friendly. He plumbed my washing machine in for me as I didn't have a clue what to do...I had ordered it from Curries (just from a google search) so I didn't have the option to book it to be plumbed in, but he did it all the same. Highly recommend this company for their helpfulness and professionalism.

Great customer service and speedy set up
The two friendly guys arrived on time which accurately aligned with the realtime communication push notifications.My service included pick up of old appliance,delivery and install new.The guys were quick it was all done in less than 5mins and they also helped take cardboard boxes away as it's such a tedious effort for me, thank you for going above and beyond guys!!

Compatible Prices
Great customer service, friendly driver, and quality products.
I would of given 5 stars but I was disappointed that changing the freezer door over didn’t come under the installation fee, and I had to pay a extra £40 to have the door moved to the other side. When I was abled bodied I would have done probably just give it a bash myself, but since becoming wheelchair bound and having severe spells of brain fog, I just knew I couldn’t manage it myself.

Absolute worst company I’ve ever dealt…
Absolute worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Ordered a split 24000btu iqool single unit for next delivery 5 days ago and still waiting. Then my second order for a split 18000 iqool twin unit was cancelled because of no stock but website stated it was in stock and now have to wait 5 days for a refund

I needed a new fridge freezer so went…
I needed a new fridge freezer so went to Appliance World , we were treated very well , the freezer was ordered .
It arrived on the day , the driver was very polite and efficient, he took the old one away too .
We were both very pleased at how simple it was without any bother at all .

First day of delivery the driver was…
First day of delivery the driver was very rude and arrogant he refused to deliver item and then canceled the order whilst I was on the phone to Chris at customer service who was very understanding about the situation and made a new date for delivery and that delivery driver was very nice and was successful in delivering my washing machine.

The appliance was delivered on the chosen day and the precise time of delivery was notified by email on the day of delivery. Obliging delivery guy unboxed the larder refrigerator in his vehicle, took away packaging and carefully wheeled the appliance on a sack barrow into my kitchen. All very helpful.

Ordered and delivered in 2 days! Was £70 to £80 cheaper than other appliance companies. Arrived on time and delivery guy was super kind and even brought the machine into my house. This is after spending weeks being messed around by Amazon as delivery kept changing after the delivery dates came and went with no machine, several times. Also discounted my delivery charge!
