I'm absolutely delighted with every aspect of the purchase of our new Indesit Fridge Freezer. Communication from Appliance World Online was spot on, and I have to give a huge shout out to the delivery gentleman who went way 'over & above' to remove our large existing appliance, which needed a lot of physical manoeuvering to get it out of the Utility Room. Decent people to do business with
The guy in the shop, Perry, very friendly and knowledgeable.
The price of our item was competitive with other retailers but would prefer to use a local retailer as our previous experiences have been very good.
The enhanced product cover was also explained and very reasonable.
The delivery arrived as promised with an update on a 2 hour slot at regular intervals from the afternoon beforehand and on the morning of delivery.
The delivery driver was again friendly and knowledgeable regarding our product (integrated fridge) and gave us a few tips what would help me upon installation, he was careful and respectful of our property.
We would definitely use AW in the future

Helpful support with a difficult manufacturer issue
I purchased a Hitachi fridge from Appliance World Online, which later developed a fault. The issue itself was with Hitachi and their aftercare, but Appliance World Online were helpful throughout.
Matt, the Sales Manager, chased Hitachi on my behalf several times and stayed involved even though the situation dragged on for months. I really appreciated his support, especially because I could not get hold of Hitachi myself and they were ignoring my emails.
Without Appliance World Online’s help, I suspect I would have ended up having to pursue the matter through small claims court. Thankfully, the issue has now finally been resolved with a full refund from Hitachi.
Based on how Appliance World Online handled their side of things, this experience would not put me off buying from them again.

Appliance World. This is my place to go if I want quality and reliability at a competitive Price. I have just bought a fridge freezer from AW, and I made arrangements for the engineer to fit it, one of my better decisions. The engineer Nick came on time and fitted it with great expertise and knowledge. It was not easy; it had to go into a very tight place.
