Very impressed by the service and workmanship of the staff. From the first visit to the installation the Company have been very attentive, efficient and caring. The fitter did a great job, left everything very clean and tidy and all the rubbish was collected as stated. My parents are extremely pleased with their new bath which will hopefully enable them to stay safe in their own home.

From the first enquiry to the shower being fitted was a very good experience
They were polite and very professional.
Telephone enquiries were dealt with quickly

Our experience was great from start to finish. We are extremely pleased with our new bath. It was expertly installed by Simon who was very hard working and did a splendid job. I would certainly recommend Aquability.

The shower is perfect, just what we wanted. Our fitter, George, did an excellent job with minimum disruption and was very professional. Communication/information from Aquability was also very good.

We are very pleased with our new shower unit, which is exactly what we needed as my partner is disabled. We have a carer who showers him each morning,and because of the half doors, he is able to do a much better job without splashing water all over the floor.
We were also pleased with the workmanship of the fitter Simon, who did a wonderful job.

I have never used aquability so this is a completely unfair score. But I’m looking for a walk in shower for my mum and as they don’t give any prices online the next port of call is always the review websites. However the reason for me saying anything is that nearly all of the reviewers have only ever done 1 review. Is that not odd? You either review regularly or you don’t. And, surely your first typical review wouldn’t be a shower unit.

From the initial planning through to the installation, the process was very professional and to the timescale agreed. The end result is a well fitted good looking shower.

Throughout the whole experience, we were very impressed by the friendliness and efficiency. Everything happened as planned and we are very happy with our new walk-in shower.

They use sub contractors who don’t care & mislead you, payment is taken in 3 stages,
WITHHOLD the last payment on the
Day of installation if they advise that you need any electrical upgrades

I thought the price was exceptionally high, but i signed the contract.

The surveyor came within a couple of days. He was polite and efficient. There was no pressure whatever.he warned me that as it was before Christmas there would be a delay until New Year.

Just before Christmas I receimved a phone call to discuss an instalment date.

The shower was delivered on the day we had decided. The installer arrived on the agreed date and set to work immediately. The installation took a full 2 days, and the installer worked constantly ( I could hear the hammering and drilling). He left absolutely no mess.

The old bath and rubbish was collected next day.

The installation was exactly as the surveyor had promised. I am very satisfied.

We had the bath replaced with a walk in bath and shower.
It was expertly fitted in half a day, it is a good quality product that works well. The only minor niggle is that I cut my finger on the metal plate on the bath door.

Not even had the shower unit fitted yet and totally unimpressed with this company. My 91 year old mum paid a 50% deposit last year. We received a call in early December to say the unit was ready and would be fitted in January.
5 calls to customer service over a 2 week period to try and arrange a date for the fitting , 5 promised call backs and nothing. To say I am totally unimpressed by lack of both their customer service and decency towards customers is total understatement. I even asked for the situation to be escalated to a manager and still nothing. If this is the way they treat their customers pre installation I would dread to think how awful it would be to try and get them to fix something if it went wrong post installation. Would I recommend absolutely not!!!

A nice firm to deal with. But when their courteous representative attended and quoted a figure of £8,000 for installing a shower unit I thought this was much too much and so I declined. I am quite prepared to believe that if I had gone ahead the work would have been well done.
