I have ordered a number of things from here canister filters heaters reef matts etc and have had no problems with deliveries or the equipment I get an email when items are dispatched and a tracking number I am very happy to recommend aquacadabra and intend to continue using them.

Utter crap servce once theyve got your cash
We purchased an aqaurium hoover a couple of months ago but it has stopped working & i contacted them to sort a repair but was told id have to pay the postage .as is broken within a couple of months after only 5 uses under consumer law its not my responsability to arrange postage .this company are trying every way posible wriggle out of thier responsability to sort out a repairor replacement .never ever use these cowboys as youll get scalped

Just so we can explain our side on this matter we use an automated reply system and if you have a look we have also sent a free post service so the item can be returned to us for testing free of charge.
