I just found out that Rachel (not sure of her last name) works here, what an incredibly knowledgeable person she is, we have a marine tank and were having issues with levels and balancing the tanks needs, she was very patient and explained everything in great details and if I did not understand, she explained it again, what a legend! I cannot recommend them highly enough!

these people are top class
It's not how good you are, but how good you are when things go wrong.
I ordered some chemicals for my Pond, communication was good, delivery time was good, but the post office delivered it somewhere else.
I called Aquacadabra on Monday afternoon to say it had been misdelivered, they apologised, said they would send a replacement and it arrived Wednesday morning, no quibbles just excellent service.

I visited Aquacadabra during the week

Great service, good products.
I had a very big and incredibly heavy tank personally delivered in the recent heatwave, which was very much appreciated. The gentleman that helped me in with it was great, and he arrived on the dot as arranged. I've previously bought stuff from this shop, and a few bits to go with the new tank, all great. I had good communication concerning the tank and it's delivery, very friendly and professional. Most importantly I always prefer buying and supporting local businesses rather than internet conglomerates.

They really are magic...
I used this excellent Aquatics company many years ago and over time forgot about them.
Recently, I happened onto their site while searching for aquariums, I obviously placed my order immediately with a known and trusted seller.
My order was placed on-line with no problems whatsoever and within minutes I had received confirmation and a link to track my purchase.
My items arrived the following day in pristine condition, exactly on time and everything was present.
