Have purchase a few aquarium goods from…
Have purchase a few aquarium goods from this store and have found them reasonably priced and prompt with the deliveries. However, their aftercare policy isn’t that great as they want you to return the goods at your own cost if something goes wrong even if it’s under warranty. Also, there are some catches when it comes to honouring the warranty as for example, the Green killing machine uv light was listed as under 1yr warranty but was told the bulbs were not covered when it popped after 3 months, deeming the whole product useless. Also they won’t let review the products after one month of purchase which is not a reasonable time to review a product, hence all the 5 star product reviews:)

Very poor service item delivered…
Very poor service item delivered damaged glass nearly cut hand. The packaging was not enough and after care poor will not purchase again from the company
Ebay need to be made aware you are not packing items suitably. A very poor experience im sorry.

In terms of customer service we can see you opened a eBay return case so i am afraid we have to follow eBay procedure on this matter. Again it is not what you wanted however as a case was opened we had no choice but to get back for a refund in line with their policy.

2024 my feedback read:-Aquacadabra has been my first choice for aquarium related equipment for years, very helpful and competitively priced.
2026:- customer support is a joke, can't find orders.
One order - 5 items
3 items:- filter sponge and third-party water aids sent tracked next-day.
2 items:- crucial and expensive pump parts are sent un-tracked (Eheim 2217 Shaft & Brushings 7438430) - 11 days, still waiting.
Comedic unhelpful replies are the norm.

Let down once again
I purchased a tank from this store and it stated 5-7 days to ship . I then got an email 3 days later saying it was out of stock . I questioned them and they said they told me in the 7 days so in line with the 5-7 days . The 5-7 days was to ship not a time to see if in stock .second time I have been let down by this company. As I said to them will not be a third chance . Beware before buying from them . They still have it up for sale soars taking sales knowing they don’t have stock shameful and sneaky way to do business

To clarify, the product page stated an estimated dispatch time of 5–7 working days, rather than indicating that the item was physically in stock. Unfortunately, after your order was placed, our supplier informed us that they were unexpectedly out of stock and unable to fulfil our replenishment order.
As soon as we received this information, we contacted you within three days of your order to let you know there would be a further delay. We appreciate this wasn't the news you were hoping for, but we wanted to keep you informed as quickly as possible rather than waiting until the end of the estimated dispatch window.
We would also like to clarify that the product is not still being sold as available. As soon as we were notified by our supplier that stock was unavailable, the product was marked as out of stock on our website to prevent further orders.
It is never our intention to accept orders that we cannot supply, and in this instance we were let down by our supplier. We appreciate that this doesn't change the inconvenience caused to you, and for that we sincerely apologise.
We're sorry that this experience has affected your confidence in us and appreciate your feedback, which helps us continue to improve our communication and processes.
