Plants in great condition and at a more affordable price than most other sellers.

I’m only adding a star due to 2 plants being ok and quick delivery. But I definitely would not use again as the plant I actually made the other for was decaying and smelt awful. Their response was that they have been having issues with these lately! Why send decaying plants out that is a known issue? Yes they refunded me for the plant but they should not have sent it out like that in the first place. I’ve now got to order from somewhere else and pay for another lot of postage. I wish I read reviews before ordering.

After ordering a handle of plants I’ve waited for 5 days for them to actually arrive at my home, which I still haven’t received. Not only did DHL not even get to my street they was the next one over and then decided to fail the delivery, they keep updating the delivery days and pushing it back each time day by day.Since then I spoke to someone who was helpful at first then has disappeared after asking for a refund as the plants are most definitely dead now. I cannot recommend any more then to STAY AWAY from these guys. It’s a shame but unfortunately they are such a massive let down which then brings down the hobby.

Zero Stars. Bought 2 plants, one was yellow and melted inside an undamaged sealed container, I only can imagine it was sent regardless the condition. It was binned on arrived.
This seller does not reply to my messages since last week. Avoid this seller at all costs.
I have 100% feedback on Ebay. This guys is tricking people on Ebay. won't buy again from this Seller. Very disappointed. Paid £20 for 2 plants (one was dead on arrival).Despite 3-4 messages for an explanation, 2 weeks later, seller does not reply!!! Discusting behaviour. Will never buy again from this Ebay seller. NEVER AGAIN... AVOID at all costs. Ebay refunded me that plant last night.

Paid for express delivery which was 3 days late, when filter did arrive, box with filter inside wasn’t sealed and casing was cracked.
Have emailed and phoned, no answer. Will now take up with bank and shall never order again.

Absolutely mess around by DHP who just kept rearranging and delaying the delivery for no reason. I contacted pro-shrimp every day it wasn't delivered (over a week) and never had a single response.

I finally received my plants and they were dead, to the point they were mushy and smelled.

I have requested a refund and sent all proofs but no response. Luckily it was only plants and not live fish, but still I made a £70 order of now dead plants.

Absolutely terrible waste of money.

Ordered many times from pro shrimp and would really recommend. Always prompt delivery, plants always arrive healthy and thrive when planted.

Awful placed an order paid for express delivery not received. Been in touch twice with no reply they obviously don’t care just take your money do not purchase from this company

Ordered 10 red cherry shrimp, all arrived fast and healthy!

Two separate orders arrived in a really poor state and were unusable, smelling of mouldy, decaying plants with most leafs broken off.
Both a java fern and an anubias were delivered by DHL and one parcel looked like someone stepped into it. It was ripped open and in a poor state, also delivered late. The in vitro cup wasn't sealed (which makes me think it wasn't a genuine product) and had leaked with the plant inside destroyed. The second parcel was already ordered when I received the previous order, otherwise I would have cancelled it. No response to emails, customer service appalling. Just glad I didn't buy animals.
The only acceptable item was a Christmas moss, which was in an in vitro cup and is clearly thriving. None of the other items will get close to my tank. Overall just disappointed and £40 down the drain, as I doubt my requested refund is going through.

I’ve ordered from Pro Shrimp several times now - mostly plants, water treatments, and decorations. The standard delivery isn’t the fastest but tracking is provided and everything always arrives well packaged. I keep going back because they have a good range of products and offer a reliable service. Some of the more popular items are often out of stock though so it can be hard to get everything I’d like in a single order.

Think they've gone downhill big time every plant I received looks dying or tiny and they never reply to my emails

Avoid Pro Shrimp, they don’t answer the phone, it’s permanently off the hook! Yodel look like they roadside dumped the delivery. Yodel refused to investigate a complaint or locate the package, their photo was clearly not the correct address. Emailed Pro Shrimp, no response. Phoned Pro Shrimp several times - no response. This is a Cowboy Outfit that is not customer centric.
Pro Shrimp... Try providing a service that works instead of blocking complaints!

Order came really quickly. I was abit worried about how they would arrive as very delicate but Plants were extremely well packed will definitely order from again In the near future

The website is easy to use and very clear, and the items themselves came really well packed and quickly after posting (next day). The plants themselves were fresh and green, and I think they'll settle in well.

Paid for next day delivery, plants did not arrive for 3 days. When arrived were not in the original tropica boxes and were melting. Sent clear pictures (I had put it in the tank to stop it dying incase they wanted it returning). After photos no more replies.

Order 12kg of lava rock for aquascaping, on order I requested a variety of sizes, including a few large rocks.
Delivery through DHL e commerce, had to go to the depot as conflicting updates on the tracking, turns out Pro Shrimp had packed 12kg of rock in a single box with no other packaging material to cushion them in transit, unsurprisingly the box failed and the contents fell through the bottom when the courier went to put it on the van to deliver to me.

DHL had left the rocks on the floor until I arrived, a day later so there is no way to know if the several large rocks that were left were the entirety of the 12kg order (they couldn't weigh them) and what remained was certainly not the variety of rock sizes that I had ordered.

I have raised a support ticket, and tried to call them to discuss if this is their normal standard for packing a shipment, but their number suggests they will answer before ringing once and then advising no one is available and to go to the support portal or leave a voicemail.

Update - they have refunded me in full with no further chasing required. Thank you for promptly resolving this.

To Pro Shrimp -
1. please consider gravity and inertia when packaging heavy goods, and make sure the box and contents will survive transit.

2.Please at least be honest that your number is not going to be answered, or better yet, answer it.

I ordered quite a few plants from these guys. Delivery was quick and items well-packaged. Unfortunately, one plant was in pretty dire shape (perhaps just bad luck)

I messaged them and they were super helpful and refunded it straight away. You can't put a price on great customer service - thank you!

Ordered over 10 plants from them in December for a new tank. Paid extra for next day delivery and the plants arrived promptly and in excellent condition. Nearly a month later all the plants are thriving. Overall great service
