Do not sign a contract with this company, they will tie you in for years to come without even questioning the signatory on the contract, anyone can sign up! Shocking service, non existent cleaning and sanitising and they leave the empty bottles for weeks

Engineer was pleasant and polite
Engineer was pleasant and polite. He explained exactly what he was going to do. There were some issues with our water supplies in the portacabins but he overcame them and finished. Cleaning up after himself as he worked. A pleasure to deal with.

Great service engineere (Martin) who knew exactly what the issue was and how to fix it. Lovely guy, solved the problem and was much more reliable than other technicians we have had. Would defintly recommend Martin.

TERRIBLE SERVICE - AVOID
We have been using this company for just short of a year. In this time we have had 4 water bottles totally empty onto our office carpet, always happens overnight.
We have just had to replace the carpet, as the damage caused is so severe.
They have been absolutely awful when speaking to them about this....basically it's nothing to do with them. Didn't even acknowledge my last complaint about it happening. Not even offered a discount on replacement bottles.
I would steer clear of this company, their attitude towards customers is unreal....sign up and then they don't give a damn if you are happy with them or not. We had an issue with terrible limescale in the water, even this was dealt with in a very negative manner.
Today (16.04.024) I emailed them to say it had again, leaked a full bottle out and we no longer want the equipment....they arrived within a couple of hours to take it away, this is a quicker service than if we had an issue.
Seriously avoid them at all costs, find a company who do actually care about their customers because their attitude stinks.
