Brilliant service from Russ
Russ delivers our water every two weeks.
He is always happy, polite and friendly.

Highly Recommend!
Rarely find a company that has helpful staff on hand at a local depot! I’d like to give a big compliment to Jake at Aquaid Southcoast, if ever there’s an issue this is resolved on the same day and helping with any queries and water deliveries we require has been such a blessing.

Cancelled our agreement with Aqua Aid…
Cancelled our agreement with Aqua Aid last week, they collected the dispenser from our Huddersfield office this morning despite having three full bottles left to use. Absolutely hopeless.

Managing the water intake in a school can be very tricky. Being able to communicate with these suppliers, and being treated as humans, rather than a number on a list, has made all the difference. Jake T delivers exceptional customer service and is a credit to the company.

Defective product and terrible service
As a company we are beyond frustrated with the service we have received from AquAid. The hot and cold filtered tap we rented has been nothing short of a nightmare having suffered 3 serious leaks over the past 3 years due to faulty filters supplied by the company. Our own business has suffered out of pocket expenses which they have never offered to recompense, and that of the business below us who have now have suffered severe water ingress and damage on more than one occasion. Despite paying for regular maintenance for an engineer to service the product we have suffered 3 leaks. This is not something that should have happened once, let alone 3 times! We have finally managed to get out of the contract with Aquaid, but feel compelled to have to warn others who may suffer the same fate. Sadly customer service seems non existent. The Account Manager did not take an active role in dealing with our ongoing issues and despite escalating the problem to higher Management, again they didn't want to take any accountability for what is clearly a fault in their product. In truth, had we not pressed the matter via email, I doubt we would have even received the rather late written apology for our inconvenience.
