After having ordered from them twice now I can honestly say that I wish I found this store sooner. The plant quality was excellent both times, and when something went wrong (they accidentally sent the wrong plant(s)) with the second order, it was quickly resolved. Not only did I get to keep the wrongly sent plants, the correct plant was sent to me free of any charge and arrived a full day early! Also, with every order thus far I received a free bonus plant as well. It doesn't get any better than that, so Five Stars it is!

Geen goede ervaring met dit bedrijf.. Planten staan mooi op de site en zijn erg voordelig maar eenmaal besteld waren sommige planten nogal teleurstellend en deze werden naar onze mening nogal slecht aangeleverd voor de dure levering kosten die ze ervoor vragen

Sommige planten waren beschadigd en een leek zelfs dood.. Mijn vriend was door het dolle heen en die heeft daarom gelijk een slechte review geschreven op deze site

Na ook te hebben gemaild met foto's van wat we aantroffen werd mij verteld dat de dode plant wel weer op zou komen en er werd mij aangeboden om of het geld terug te storten voor alleen de meest beschadigde plant of om een nieuwe plant te laten bezorgen maar ze wilde ons alleen helpen als wij de slechte review zouden verwijderen van deze site..

Fair enough, wij hadden de review verwijderd en kozen daarna toch voor de laatste optie omdat we nog een pot te vullen hadden.. We hadden uiteindelijk beter ons geld terug kunnen vragen omdat we toch niet de plant kregen toe gezonden die we in eerste instantie besteld hadden en de dode plant die nog wel terug zou komen is uiteindelijk wel komen te vergaan evenals de meest beschadigde plant (ondanks onze redingspoging).. Dus toch weer met een belazerd gevoel achtergebleven) ;

I give my best recommendations regarding Araflora. I live in Sweden and got my flowers delivered smoothly. The flowers were well packaged and the dialogue with Araflora good and smooth. Very satisfied and will shop more in the future.

commande effectuer le 1er mai, expedié le 3 et recu le 7. un heatpack ( encore chaud) etait inclus ds le carton sans surcout. la plante commandé est splendide et le cadeau l est tout autant. les plantes etaient emballés avec beaucoup de soin. c est sans hesitation que je recommanderais chez eux.

Ya es la cuarta planta carnívora que compro en Araflora. Tardan algo más de una semana en llegar pero en perfectas condiciones y nada que ver con la mayoría de sitios web de venta de plantas: más grandes, más fuertes y siempre tienen el detalle de regalarte otra planta similar o igual.

Excellent shop with a wide range and choice of plants. Sometimes the rarer specimens are already sold out before the site is updated, but that is not a big issue as there’s always something new and interesting to buy. I have already placed three orders there the plants have arrived well packed and healthy. Once due to the postal service my order was delayed, but they offered an excellent service to replace the plants.
Truly outstanding service and plants and was surprised and very pleased with the extra plants they sent as a gift.
Would highly recommend this shop!

great plants and great service: my plants were lost in the mail, araflora sent me new ones asap, with an extra plant as a gift. And swift delivery to boot:the plants arrived in perfect condition on march 25 2021 (sent from NL to France on march 23) I will definitely order again!

Ik had een verkeerde plant besteld maar deze was nog niet verzonden. Ik ben daarna via mailcontact super goed geholpen en mijn geld was heel snel weer teruggestort! Bedankt Araflora!

Hele mooie en gezonde planten. Zeer netjes ingepakt met 2 heatpacks. En ook nog een bonus plant gekregen. Donderdag besteld en vrijdag binnen. Al met al super tevreden!

I've found stock of a very rare plant (philodendron pink princess), very healthy and at great cost/quality ratio. The plant was carefully packaged and arrived promptly and without any harm. Happy with the service!
