Was very easy to order, tnks

This review could have gone the other way if they were not able to fix it. I saw their one-piece tribal piece swimsuit from their Facebook ad. It took me a while to order because a lot of websites nowadays, more often than not, oversells and under deliver. It took them 20 days to deliver the item. I wasn't really surprised that the packaging clearly came from China but I was surprised that this particular item passed quality control because the lining was not stitched together with the garter on the chest area. At first, they wanted me to send back the item and they will send a new one, but since I am already going on vacation, I needed a swimsuit and I didn't buy any backup. They told me that I didn't need to return the item. They can just give me store credit or send me a new one for free. I decided to take the store credit and bought the same one but in a smaller size. The new one arrived after 20 days. The difference though was the packaging. It's way better this time around and it now hag the Aria Voss logo on the drawstring plastic bag. The swimsuit was sewn perfectly. The customer service is also to be commended, although it may take days before they reply.

I Like the price and the styles of the swimsuit

Do not let yourself be fooled, as I did. There was a big difference in the model of the bikinis I ordered (pictures on the website) and the ones I got. In addition, the black bikini was not color-proof... After a swim, my body and towel was stained black. The bikinis were shipped directly from China.

Not worth ordering unless you live in Spain. They sent me the wrong size in error, I have the receipt as proof. Ultimately I am stuck with a swimsuit that is not my size because it will cost me over 50 to ship it back for an exchange and they will not send you a prepaid postage stamp.

As an international online store, I had a pleasant experience with the customer care line. My first package was not received by me due to my local post office, Meghan form the customer care team has assisted me with a reship and I’m very excited to receive me package. Grottenschlechte Qualität kommt aus China. Rücksendung nicht möglich, da keine Addresse zur Rücksendung mitgeteilt wird und endlose Larifari-Mails als Antwort kommen, vermutlich um die Rücksendefrist zu überbrücken.
Keinerlei klare Ansagen ob und wann das Geld rückerstattet wird.

Nicht mal ein Stern ist es Wert!!!
Die Ware kam nach 4 Wochen aus China und nicht aus Spanien, wie es auf der Website steht ist falsch! Rückgabebedingungen sind nicht nachvollziehbar und sehr streng. Auf jeden Fall wollte ich endlich die Ware zurück schicken und stelle fest, das die angegebene Adresse nicht mal stimmt!
Ich bekomme nicht mal eine Antwort auf meine Emails. Die Adresse stimmt nicht und das Geld ist auch weg!!! Bloß nicht einkaufen!
Habe jetzt mit Anwalt gedroht und werde dies auch umsetzten!

I haven't received my order yet but thus far I have found Aria Voss to be very responsive and helpful. I accidentally sent my order with the wrong size and the discount code wasn't accepted. With a simple email both of these issues were quickly and easily resolved.
Based on this experience so far I would recommend this site and will most likely be a return customer.

Hasta ahora no me llega mi pedido y nadie se comunica conmigo. Ya va más de un mes

Ordered a bathing suit 2 (two) months ago. It was supposedly sent but I never received it.
Shipment tracking number given by Ariavoss was either wrong or fake (?). In any case it did not exist at the Postal service.

Finally i got reimbursed

Commande de maillot de bain il y a 2 (deux) mois. En principe envoyé mais jamais reçu.
Le n° de suivi de la livraison fourni par Ariavoss était soit faux soit bidon (?). Dans tous les cas il n'existait pas pour la Poste.

Website is user-friendly. Would love to see more strapless variety though.
