I am over the moon with this item. I ordered this item yesterday 22/12/23 and it was expected for next week as Christmas is literal days away. WELL, It came this morning.. not even 24 hours. I am beyond happy and this gift is going to my boyfriend.. he’s going to love this.

Ordered never arrived which was really disappointing as it was a Christmas present, Emailed to chase delivery received a reply two days later advising it would be looked into urgently, which it wasn't. Sent another e-mail which was ignored completley. Thankfully paid by credit card so should get my money back, but who really needs this hassle

Love the shirt. Had to buy a smaller size tho as the sizing is a bit off. Medium is more like M/L.

I bought an Arsenal Hoodie and it looked great when first purchased. However, despite washing it on a 30 degree heat the material shrunk and now doesn't fit me. When I attempted to stretch it back out slightly rips have appeared near the pockets. All of which indicates to me that the material isn't high quality.

The real problem is they keep launching stiff that I keep wanting to buy. Always original, good value, and high quality clothes.

Great quality jumper & sizing was perfect. Bought for a birthday present and it felt a lot more personal than general merch. Would buy from here again :)

They Don’t refund you the delivery charge you paid or the postage you incur to return any item. Not what you expect from a company in 2023.

Great quality Hoodie and brilliant customer service as had to return the original hoodie as too big,swift turnaround to get right size out.

Gutted with this hoodie. Looked great but shrunk 2 sizes in the wash on a 20°C wash.

Absolutely amazing quality tshirt + print i chose was super detailed and great quality, definitely worth the money. Also had a mishap with my delivery address(entered old one) and the customer service team were spot on in responding to me quickly and rectifying it. 10/10 overall! Looking forward to purchasing more!
