Barslechte klantenservice

Slechte klantenservice. Op 04/03/2026 een T-shirt besteld en heb hem nooit aangekregen.

Via hun 'chat' een verzoek ingediend om dit te onderzoeken.

Zijn nu 22 dagen later, nog steeds geen t-shirt, geld niet terug of niks van oplossing langs hun kant.

Nu is het nogmaals 9 dagen geleden, zonder enige vorm van feedback.

Ik zal nooit meer bij hun bestellen en iedereen afraden om hier te kopen als ze dit niet oplossen.

Le procedure di spedizione semplicemente non funzionano: i resi costano quasi più dei prodotti stessi. Siamo nel 2026. Hai 3 negozi fisici ma vuoi vendere a livello globale in un mondo che gestisce le attività online. Evolviti. Prima di tutto per la tua sopravvivenza.

SAV inefficace et retour dans la nature

Bonjour, j’ai effectué deux retours, un sweat et un jogging il y a un mois. A ce jour, seul un des deux articles m’a été remboursé. J’ai beau envoyé des mails au support, je n’obtiens que des réponses génériques insatisfaisantes et le support met des jours à répondre. SAV et expérience pas du tout digne de l’image que la marque veut se donner.

I’ve been a loyal customer of Arte Antwerp since 2019/2020, after discovering the brand while traveling in France. Unfortunately, my most recent experience has completely destroyed my trust in the company.

In 2025, I purchased a blue suit (blazer and trousers) during one of their sales to wear to a wedding in South Africa. When it arrived, the blazer was too small. Disappointed but acting in good faith, I initiated a return.

The blazer cost about $105, and I paid an additional $54 out of pocket to ship it back internationally via USPS — more than half the value of the item. I followed every instruction, provided tracking, and communicated clearly with customer support.

USPS informed me the package would require retrieval from customs. I relayed this to Arte Antwerp. From that point on, I received inconsistent and contradictory information from multiple support representatives. No one took ownership of the issue.

The package was never delivered back to Arte Antwerp, nor was it returned to me as the sender. The last tracking update was December 7th. The package is now lost, and I am out the item, the original purchase cost, and the return shipping.

This has been one of the most discouraging customer service experiences I’ve had. I did everything correctly and in good faith, yet I am the only one absorbing the loss. It feels like customer relationships are secondary to protecting margins.

I cannot recommend purchasing from Arte Antwerp based on this experience.

Qualité habits et service client nulle et inexistant une honte pour le prix

Veste commandée pour Noël reçue, valeur plus de 300e ! En meme pas une semaine le logo se décolle, j'écris et demande un échange.cok le confirme par mail. Envoi le 31.12.25. Colis arrivée apres 1 semaine j'appelle le numéro PAYANT on doit me rappeler jattends encore. Je rappelle le 19 janvier tjs ce numero payant car plus de reponse pzr mail et la on me dit on va me repondre par mail. Le 20 effectivement on valide la commande. .. super... et la le 23 on me dit désolée on rembourse car plus de stock. DES INCAPABLES ! Le 31 toit etait encore en stock si vous aviez fait votre job cetait pas compliqué ! Au prix de la veste et de la renommé de la marque une honte . Plus jamais ! Aucune qualité aucune gestion des clients des frais quon ne prends pas la peine de rembourser !

Je confirme, site frauduleux. Commande passée le 9 Janvier, aucun mail de confirmation reçu, et aucune réponse à l'adresse mail (support arte-antwerp.com)
A noter que le site est extrêmement bien fait, et que je n'ai à ce jour pas trouvé d'autre site officiel pour la marque ARTE.

Update 29/01: après avoir envoyé un mail à toutes les adresses trouvées sur leur site, j'ai reçu un suivi d'expédition, puis mon colis. Je n'ai jamais eu de réponse de leur part, pas de mail de confirmation de commande ect .. par contre un mail pour laisser un avis. Je ne commanderai plus sur ce site.

Faux site: commande jamais envoyée

Les commandes sont piratées comme dit dans d’autres commentaires. La confirmation de commande n’indique pas le même e-mail que sur le site , les liens pour suivre la commande ne fonctionnent pas et quand je vais sur mon compte aucune trace de ma commande. impossible de joindre le service client. C'est un faux site

Disappointing After-Sales Support for a Clear Product Defect

I purchased a two-tone wool cardigan (Bordeaux/Cream) from ARTE’s Paris store while travelling. After carefully following both the care label and in-store advice (cold hand wash only), the cream panel became visibly stained due to severe colour bleeding.

I contacted ARTE customer service with photos, video evidence, and the receipt. While the initial response was polite, the only solution offered was to return the item to the original Paris store — despite me explaining multiple times that I live in London and this was not feasible.

No alternative options were offered (postal return, assessment, store credit, or escalation). Once I requested the case to be reviewed by a manager, communication stopped entirely.

I was disappointed not only by the product issue, but by the lack of accountability and flexibility in after-sales support. For a brand positioned as premium, I expected better customer care when a genuine quality issue occurs.

Hidden Extra Charges for UK - AVOID

I ordered a body warmer from Arte Antwerp and, although the item itself is fine, the buying experience was very disappointing. After paying £155 and being shown “FREE SHIPPING” at checkout, I was unexpectedly billed £69.01 in FedEx import fees after the item arrived.

What frustrates me is the lack of transparency. The checkout clearly displays FREE SHIPPING, which naturally makes customers believe the price they see is the final price. The only mention of potential extra charges is hidden behind a tiny dropdown arrow next to the shipping option. Because the option already says “FREE,” there's no reason to click it, meaning the info about customs charges is essentially invisible during purchase.

I raised this with the company, but they were unwilling to acknowledge how unclear this is or offer any form of goodwill. Their stance was simply that the information is “accessible,” even though it is not actually visible during checkout.

Customers deserve transparency, especially when extra fees of nearly £70 are involved. If you’re in the UK, be aware that the true cost of your order may be much higher than the checkout suggests.

Weet je nog voor wat SABENA staat? such a bad experience never again

Ik kocht arte behangpapier om zelf te behangen in een gespecialiseerde winkel, waar ik boor alle zekerheid nog eens vroeg naar alle eigenheden van het papier om tot een goed resultaat te komen. Ik kreeg een vriendelijke uitleg: lijmen op de muur, en dat was het. Resultaat: vreselijk!!! Papier onhandelbaar, blazen…. Ten einde raad nog maar eens teruggegaan naar de winkel waar men plots beseft dat enkele soorten behang eerst moeten bewaterd worden… inderdaad beter (maar zeker geen perfect)resultaat. Ik moest hierdoor 2 rollen extra aankopen, reactie van de winkel: sorry…, reactie van arte zelf: niet onze fout! Je had maar naar de symbolen op de rol moeten kijken, ik heb gekeken maar als leek kon ik hier niets uit opmaken
Mijn besluit: arte is zijn geld absoluut niet waard en klantvriendelijkheid staat niet in hun woordenboek.

Zeer slechte ervaring en klantenservice!

Onze ervaring met Arte en hun "gecertificeerde" behanger was ronduit teleurstellend. Het behangwerk is slordig uitgevoerd met zichtbare lijmresten op bijna alle wanden, onnauwkeurig afgesneden randen en zelfs een opvulstuk dat zonder overleg is geplaatst omdat de behanger te kort kwam. Bovendien zijn er beschadigingen bij de snijranden en is er op meerdere plekken behang over elkaar heen geplakt.

Alsof dat nog niet genoeg was, heeft deze "gecertificeerde" Arte behanger lijmresten achtergelaten op zowel het plafond, de kastdeuren, en nieuw geplaatste wandpanelen door onzorgvuldig werken. Van een gerenommeerd merk als Arte hadden wij een veel hogere kwaliteitsstandaard verwacht. Het eindresultaat is simpelweg onacceptabel en onprofessioneel.

Na het in dienen van de klachten, worden deze wel erkend, maar wordt er vervolgens op geen enkele manier naar een oplossing gezocht, naast het advies om zelf aan de gang te gaan met je potloodje en sponsje om de lijmresten en witte strepen weg te werken. Uiteindelijk heeft het opknappen van het behang meer tijd gekost, dan dat de behanger er in totaliteit over gedaan heeft.

Avec Arte boutique il faut télécharger leur lecteur !! Résultat je ne peux pas le lire sur mon téléviseur.
