Really happy with the artificial grass. Looks natural and feels soft underfoot. The kids are on it constantly and the dog loves it too.

Ordered slatted cladding on Dec 5
Ordered slatted cladding on Dec 5. Received confirmation of the order. Delivery was 1 - 5 days. I expected a longer time as I live in a remote area.
It is now Dec 19 and nothing has arrived and I have received no communication despite sending an enquiry via email with o response.
Order No. 23777
As per your response I received no email regarding the alternative address for shipping. I regularly check both my inbox and spam and received no email.
I also received no response to my email enquiry.

I hope this message finds you well.
I wanted to follow up regarding your order with us. On the 8th of December, we sent an email informing you that, unfortunately, we are unable to fulfill deliveries to the Shetland Islands. We had requested an alternative mainland address where we could arrange delivery, but as we didn’t receive a response, we have gone ahead and processed a full refund for your order.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
