DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
I wouldn't recommend anyone looking at buying any though this company as there is no customer service along with the courier company they are useless & much to be desired still waiting on my delivery over
a month still no parcel , ive emailed company & along with courier company only receive emails saying we will get back to you and nothing both from company and the courier company. Save yourself the heartache and do NOT buy from this company.

Unable to buy locally
The items were as described and well packaged. Unable to purchase in Australia so I sourced them overseas. This added to the cost and delivery time.

Excellent quality
This mirror is excellent quality, not only do the suction cups actually stick but the 7X magnification is great for putting on makeup. The mirror also sits well on the inside of my cupboard door while still being able to close the door. I wish I'd found this mirror before purchasing various duds in the past.

Do not buy the Cuisine art egg boiler if you live in Australia!
The service of Homeloft was very good. They sent out another cuisine art egg boiler because the first one was faulty with no extra charge. Very good communication all through out. However the second egg boiler still did not work so I definitely do not recommend that egg boiler if you live in Australia! I purchased two plugs and it seems the electricity does not match.

Not telling the truth in advertising and not refunding
I received the sheets I ordered & they were washed then put on 2 beds. To say I am disappointed is an understatement.
1. You call yourself Homeloft Australia yet the sheets were shipped from US. I would not have purchased them if this was clear
2. They are supposedly 1200 thread count yet the sheets are so thin they will tear easily
3. The pillow cases are not Australian size so are useless
4. What is worst is that after 3 sleeps on the sheets they are prilling. This is totally unacceptable.
I ask for a refund and i am expected to send the sheets back in the condition they arrived.Clearly this is not possible as i no longer have the packaging, the sheets have been washed & are prilling. Also i have to pay return postage BACK TO the US!! & then wait to see if i get a refund. This is NOT acceptable. a very very poor experience. i would not even give 1 star if i could have used this review with no stars
Don’t expect me to pay to send the sheets back. That is an unfair ask given I didn’t know they were coming from US in the first place.
I expect a full refund or I will place a very negative review ion any social media applicable to your business.
Please do the right thing & refund my money

Safe and Sound
I ordered an Eclume pot rack from HomeLoftGlobal and was very satisfied with the service. The product had to come from the US and it was great to be in the in the hands of an Australian company that made the whole process, including shipping, comfortable and without problem, with the product arriving on time via Australia Post. I have no hesitation in recommending HomeLoftGlobal and I will use them again.
