I had a unique issue where my older audio converter software stopped working due to an annoying iTunes update loop. Since I use an Android ecosystem, I didn't want to deal with iTunes at all just to convert my local files.

I contacted customer support, and they were incredibly helpful! Instead of giving me a generic answer, they actually listened to my specific needs and provided an alternate build program from AudKit. It completely bypasses the iTunes pop-up loop and works absolutely beautifully.

Highly recommend this company for their great communication, fast support, and high-quality software that gets the job done perfectly!

I'm using Audkit Tidal Music Converter since 2023 and it works just as promised: very fast conversion, plain & user-friendly interface. I love it!
Over the years there were only two incidents. The first time, the converter couldn't connect to Tidal anymore. After manually updating to the latest version, everything worked perfectly again. I have no idea if I had changed any settings, but apparently the automatic updates had been turned off.
The second time, yesterday, the program wouldn’t start and displayed a JavaScript error message. Even a reinstallation didn’t help. But support was able to resolve the issue quickly. I asked in the evening, and it was fixed by morning. Really great people there.

Audkit offers the best services for streaming music. Excellent customer service, always available and efficient in solving problems. Tidal music converter for Mac is practically perfect, even with 192kHz 24-bit audio files. I haven't found anything better online. Well done!

Audkit has always been great helping with my software issues. The response is always quick and very helpful. They recently help me with registration issues as I had recently rebuilt my Windows installation from scratch and the program would not register with my license code.

I am on a Mac and Audkit works fine. The interface is intuitive and the resulting MP3s play great on my Sandisk mp3 player. I like that the filename/ artist format is configurable in the settings. I had an update issue that Support solved for me inside of 24 hours, so great support too.

Audkit is an excellent product. As important as the product itself is customer service. They are responsive and provide immediate solutions.
