Easy to purchase a one month subscription that you use to convert your files. I appreciate the fact that this vendor recognizes that most people don't need this software indefinitely if you're just doing a once and done conversion of all your old audio books.

I've used audkit Spotify converter in past year and it worked great then. Now several days ago I am using it again. This time the program does not convert at the advertised speed of 5× but rather real time. This is unacceptable for anything more than a few songs. A Playlist of 50 or so titles would take HOURS. The team team here told me it's an issue with Spotify since their last update. Well, that's very misleading advertising. I assume the other converters would be the same. I only took it for one month, and have since canceled any recurring payments

really good software, works very well. Also refreshing is rapid customer service. I came to the point that I wanted to cancel my subscription (no longer used the software as much) and it was quick and easy to do.

Been using Audkit for several years now. At times it is just helpful to have my favorite music downloaded and in my library. This product allows you to do that. Technical support is very good.

Interface is easy and conversions are quick. Support has been excellent as well. Overall a great experience.

I have been trying to cancel my subscription for months but the customer service has not responded. They are not answering my requests at all.

The product l purchased (Spotify converter), works very well. However, its use attracted the attention of Spotify, who suspended my Pro account for using it. I have been trying for days to speak to someone at AudKit, or Paddle, their reseller. No response, apart from Bot replies, even my emails to Audkit bounce back via the Bot.

In desperation, l have been trying to cancel my ongoing subscription. No response and despite clear cancellation instructions, money has again been taken from my account.

I have now received a refund from Audkit. However, they inform me that they were already aware of the issues l raised. IMO, this is neither ethical nor acceptable.

Very difficult if not impossible to cancel online or speak to anyone - I’m still trying !!!

I accidentally purchased the Windows version, but need Mac. Customer service was super quick and it was a completely hassle-free process. They simply sent me an activation code for the Mac version instead, and I was on my way to converting! Thank you!

I bought a new computer, so I uninstalled AAX Audible Converter from my old machine, and then installed it on my new one. Unfortunately, when I tried to register it on the new computer, although it returned a success notification, as soon as I tried to convert an audiobook, the app told me it was unregistered.

I contacted AudKit customer support, explaining the situation, and provided supporting screenshots. They very quickly replied to me, and said that the issue was that despite my uninstalling the app, it was still registered to my old computer. They also told me that they had de-registered it, so that I could register it on my new one.

This worked perfectly, and now I have a working app again.

While the customer service is top-notch, I feel I can only give four stars, not five, due to the fact that although I have a lifetime licence for this product, I will have to contact customer support each time I want to transfer my registration to a new machine.

This seems completely bonkers and unnecessary. I don't have any other licences which require me to ask customer support to de-register them. This is not a good user experience, which is a shame because the AAX converter is brilliant!

Excellent software, constant updates, had to write customer service to transfer my license to my new laptop, got a response within 12 hours !

Generally all companies are good on the honeymoon. When you have a problem or issue is where a true review should be made. My bad.. I had a laptop die.. and moved to new pc. Audkit reverted back to trial mode. One text to tech support and problem was fixed. Their security software and kicked in and blocked me as Audkit is licensed to a single machine. I sent in receipt.. and was immediately my account was made clear again.

As for the program itself.. I have been an Audible buyer of 3-400 books since they began. ALWAYS was an issue of the DRM issues. If you are considering purchase you know what i mean. I do respect copyright but I detest having to use a program I purchased on a player that has Audible
"blessing". Audkit fits the bill. I take the converted file and run through Goldwave and divide the file as I WANT. Excellent program.. Glitch free... and super tech support which has never been needed till today.

I have used AudKit for a few years and love the simplicity and functionality. Must have software.

Really like this program and it works very well for me. The tech support is also fast and helpful and got me back up and running when I changed my main computer. I would recommend this program over the competitors who were more expensive!
