Distinct cremations were great from beginning to end, everyone I spoke to dealt with us with compassion and Maxine gave us the options without being pushy in any way. The funeral service was Brilliant along with our celebrant Bill. It made a difficult time a simple experience at a fantastic price. Half the price a major company wanted to charge us. We had a simple 30 minute funeral with no frills and a witnessed scattering in the most beautiful crematorium and grounds.

What a wonderful company to deal with. Caring, Polite and understanding. Tracey talked me through the whole procedure. In a kind and understanding manner. It was easy and straightforward to set up. And it gives you great peace of mind knowing it's all sorted when you go. It was a total pleasure speaking and dealing with this company. 10 out of ten!

They made the whole process from the first phone call to the hand delivery of the ashes, a memorable one and I would highly recommend them.

I’m was feeling very apprehensive about everything, especially while coping with the loss of my mum. Sarah, the agent handling my mum’s account, was incredibly kind and supportive throughout. She approached every step with care, explaining things clearly and making sure I never felt rushed or pressured into any decisions.

Because of my experience with Distinct Cremations—and particularly Sarah—I would consider using their services myself when the time comes.

Was worried about my family paying for the cost of my funeral especially how expensive every thing is getting. I am 85 and didn’t want to burden them I have a life insurance which I took out in 1964 but was unsure how much it would pay out. My daughter knew I was worried and had seen Distinct Cremation on social media and we liked the fact you could choose to have a service. Very helpful man Ian took our call and answered our questions and I purchased my funeral plan quickly and easily. Received all the paperwork promptly and my mind is now at ease that everything is taken care of when my time eventually comes

Absolute brilliant service from start to finish, we were kept updated all through the process from picking mum up to the return of the ashes, I would highly recommend Distinct cremations.

Maxine was kind, understanding, very efficient and easy to talk to. I thought the whole process worked very well and found it more personal than using a traditional Funeral Director as I have in the past, when my parents died.

I will definitely buy a funeral plan with them.

The representative Dylan was very friendly & professional. He explained my plan details clearly and was more than happy to explain anything in the plan that I was unsure of. He did as he said and followed up with a phone call to check I received my plan details and that all was in order . I would 100% recommend this company what could have been a difficult time was made easy to arrange by Dylan who answered my call . I purchased a prepaid future plan .

I can't speak highly enough about the service and total compassion that I received following the passing of my dear husband.

Sarah was lovely she called each time to update me and support me verbally also they have a bereavement number for support afterwards.
