Ordered a hard to get sensor
Ordered a hard to get sensor, no tracking package but no worries as it turned up within 2 weeks, fitted the part and worked perfectly for 2 days.
Got in contact to send the part back and had a choice to post or keep and get 40% of purchase price back, took this option as not expensive part.

This company can’t be trusted
This company can’t be trusted. I ordered three electrical parts/items on January 18th from their website and paid for it..then I was emailed back after waiting 10 days to say that the order was on its way but they had some shipping code issues and so refunded me the additional tracking charge of 1euro. Then I tried to contact them at company and there has been no response directly for past 3 weeks and so I wrote a review on trustpilot 10 days ago and Lia from Grandado customer service responded that it is on it way like she has responded in other reviews but they have never bothered to advise a shipping tracking number..and radio silence since they claim order on its way. It’s not..my research while not verified suggests Grandado is a trading com in HK so they only are the middle men and as I have said since January 18th no shipping info even though when you order it states you will receive within 15-25 days. We ordered on January 18th and no tracking etc. Unfortunately I have no confidence in Grandado doing the right thing and shipping the order placed on January 18th. I will keep writing new reviews of 1 star until I get refund or product shipped…

Wrong order was fixed quickly.
I ordered two items instead of one by accident and emailed them to see if I could cancel one of the items. They highlighted that I ordered two different items one of which wasn’t correct for my needs, so I could cancel the wrong one. The wrong item was cancelled and I got a full refund the next day. Very impressed - great customer service!

Nighties were advertised as linen or cotton that is why I ordered
Them they are shitty nylon paid $115 for this crap absolutely disgusted what. SCAMMERS I am reporting to the ACC They are liars and crooks will not be giving the nighties to my grand daughters as they are too ugly they are an insult
