Order was lost but customer service was great
Whilst waiting for my order to arrive I received an email stating that it had gotten lost in the process somehow. I was offered a refund or to reorganise shipping. It then turned up within the week. The product itself is great quality.

The items came as expected, but took a while to arrive. I had an issue with one of the two struts ordered, but they agreed to send a replacement at no cost to me. That process was quite painless.

Service made up for Product Unavailable.
Ordered a product for specific application, attempted auto chat as tracking not updating after expected delivery period. Customer support reached out directly to inform product from vendor was not available. Requested visually same products and one was dispatched. arrived in timely manner but was a generic version that did some of what the branded one did. Partial refund offered so overall customer service made up for errors along the way.

Poor strength in large sticky dots
Bought large sticky dots to hold my driver's seat floor mat in place. The mat still moves when you get in and out of the car...so this hasn't solved the problem.

This watch is supposed to be waterproof. It is clearly not! The watch stopped working within a month and has water inside it. So disappointed as it’s such a pretty watch band

Great Product, Outstanding Service
My order didn’t arrive, so I contacted support and Michelle was very helpful. My item went missing and the product I ordered was no longer available. Michelle did everything she could to find me a replacement option. We ended up finding something suitable and to was sent to me with no extra cost. Highly recommend. The basketball ring is great too! Very well made product
