Absolutely spot on for customer service!
Every time I have reached out for support whether for product selection or support for how to use a product Simon Ward has been incredibly helpful. Always has spot on advice and is patient when executing explanations. He’s been available and always responds no matter if it’s a minor queasy or something more complex.

The pre sales team were great with answering my questions in a timely manner. Delivery was quicker than expected.
Only thing to not give 5 stars is lack of instructions on the different modes and what they do, and no screws were provided to screw in the feet to the floor

Nice unit very quiet, a vast improvement from my previous heat pump. It hasn’t seen winter yet though.

I have been using this company for many years for pool supplies and they are always available on end of the phone for help and advise. Orders always come next day too! So highly recommended for anyone needing fast, dependable pool supplies.

Excellent response to difficulties with Remora heat pump. AES sent an engineer the following day. The engineer was very professional and arrived on time,
They examined the unit in detail and checked the internal parameters. Reasons were given for the malfunction and suggestions given, my unit is currently functioning well.

Called up and spoke with the Technical team, they quickly understood my problem and resolved it by sending a replacement part which arrived next day. Really helpful!

Shell was very helpful when I spoke with her about an issue with my pool robot and getting it fixed. She went out of her way to assist me. I then decided to actually replace the robot as mine was getting out dated.
I didn’t know that AES sold pool equipment, I just assumed they were repairing engineers. But as Shell had been so friendly and helpful, I phoned back the next day to enquire about a new robot.
This was on a Saturday and Simon one of the Directors helped me again and went far beyond what most would do. I was so impressed I drove straight to their premises in Bury St Edmunds from central London and collected my new purchase. I cannot recommend AES highly enough.

So I had bought a ASHP Remora i12 from AES, fitted to my pond, been working great, a couple of days ago I started see my Heat Pump switching off, couldn't understand why, so spoke to Simon about this at AES, which I can say who was very informative, and willing to help, also gave me a tour around the product and how to set app up and get the best out of this, please bare in mind this was all done out of office hours, Remora i12 is now working and over the moon with this, in regards to Aftersales, the customer services staff was in peckable, this from the min a called to the last communication on the phone I had with Simon, I would clearly recommend anyone to buy from AES, not just for the products, but for the customer service, aftershaves and even buying the right product, these staff really k ow there stuff
