The alloy claims process was simple
The claims process was simple. I had a decision back within hours. The only thing I would change is to note that claim images need to be in JPEG and under 3 MB each. That was not clear. So I had to try a few times before I got it right.

Incident Date changed without me realising.
When trying to enter a date for the 19/10/26, the website changed the date to 08/09/26 and my claim was rejected because the date of incident was before the policy was initiated. Beware when entering the date of Incident. Please sort your website out.

If you call our claims team on 01279456500 and advise them on the correct incident date, they will be able to review the claim again with the correct information.
