Communication was good to start with but I felt it unnecessary/illogical to re-submit the same claim after the technician arrived late and had no time to start/complete the job so to book a reappointment, I had to submit a claim again through the portal.

Excellent service
Everyone was so helpful and friendly I would recommend Group 1 Toyota Garage Warrington to anyone thinking of buying a new car, all staff were extremely helpful and courteous and gave me time to test drive and felt confident with changeover from manual to automatic.

I had a very good experience at western commercials Bellshill service was with out fantastic all the staff there were fantastic including callum watson very polite all ways kept me up to date with how it was going. The day of the handover also a great day.
