Great service and more importantly great wine

I can't praise Averys enough. Their wine advisers are great and mine (Charlie) knows exactly what I like. This wine purchase was of a wine that Charlie recommended, which was also really sensibly priced. It tastes great and is far better than the supermarket offerings at the same price point. Add to that super fast delivery (on a bank holiday!) and you can understand why I highly recommend Averys!

I have dealt with Avery's for many year and have found them an excellent company deal with. I was particular lucky to have Richards Abraham as my wine advisor.
Who's advice and a recommendations has been invaluable.

I have been ordering from Avery's for a couple of years - wines have always been excellent, and I am occasionally disappointed if a particular range is no longer available. For the second time, I took advantage of the bundled Sauvignon Bland selection of 14 bottles. They arrived within a couple of days - fantastic service - and I was thrilled to discover I had 15 bottles! The new ones I have tried have all been excellent and I shall definitely continue to follow Avery's and their everchanging wine selection, unlike the supermarkets, which always seem to retain the same brands.

The wine ordering process was fine but once again was let down by the delivery process with the box just dumped in our porch and quick bang on our door. Because my wife and I are now well into our 80s and not able to lift heavy weights we have asked on a number of occasions when we order wine for the delivery firm to help lift the box into our home. Alas, although we called out to the delivery man and he looks in our direction he carried on to the van and sped away. Hence the lower rating!

Excellent delivery service with regard to order, including despatch and delivery times. Yet to encounter any problems with my association with Averys. and the wines I've received have all been of high standard.
