Excellent service. The person who took my order on the phone was helpful , polite and patient - I am 83 years old- Dili er was good, driver helpful and the wine excellent. Yummie!

Excellent as ever. Ordered for friend's birthday. Arrived at specified day and with a two-hour delivery window. Good range of gifts on their website too.

An extensive range of wines at…

An extensive range of wines at reasonable prices and good advice from their wine consultants. Their system of allocating a particular advisor to a regular customer means that advice and suggestions are more personalized.

More great service from Averys

Athena called me to give me some recommendations based on our favourite wines. Great deals, excellent communication and prompt delivery. Great service as always by Avery’s but special thanks to Athena for the helpful suggestions and friendly service.

My wine

My wine, 6 cases, was delivered to the foyer, rather than my flat. The delivery man refused to take it to my flat, which l had to. I complained to my Wine Advisor who gave me a £50 credit. I do hope you will recharge this to the Delivery Provider and make a formal complaint. When l order again, l will require assurance that wine will be delivered to my flat.
