I sent an email to babyliss customer service and received a reply promptly the next day! I was very pleased as this is more than most companies do already. They sorted the problem within a couple days with no complaints and the whole process was incredibly easy.

I had purchased a TRESemmé Defined Curls Tong and Brush set 23rd December 2025 from Argos and collected it from my local Sainsbury's. I usually wear my hair straight, but used this New Years Eve, February 20th and last Saturday 4th April. Last Saturday I got part way through curling my hair for a party and the tongs literally sprang apart. I contacted them via email, received a prompt reply and sent the details they required at 12.38pm yesterday. This morning at 8.15am, I received a delivery via DPD of a replacement set. With an extra 6 months guarantee on top of the original 3yrs. Absolutely over the moon.

Great customer service provided for a faulty curling wand. They responded with 48hrs and have arranged a replacement to be sent out.

They confirmed that my old pair could not be repaired and would send me an exact replacement within a few days. Can’t fault them!

BaByliss customer service is top notch. My wife has been using their products a lot. Just one time, the hair straightener had an issue and the replacement was sent within a week. Great customer service.

I had to contact Babyliss as my tool had stopped working all of a sudden and i was really sure that i was not able to get the support i needed, because of the warranty. But i am so glad i did, because Inge the advisor that helped me initially, took my query seriously and offered me a replacement straight away. I was speechless. I am so happy with how it was dealt with and how quick the response was. Sandra the last adviser that helped, was also very friendly and took my query on board and helped me. I can't fault Babyliss's customer service, it's always a pleasure, a 100/10!!!

Excellent no quibble honour of 5year guarantee expedited immediately for replacement of appliance.
Well done and thankyou for upholding faith and trust in customer service and confidence in your products.
I look forward to receiving the appliance in due course and meanwhile intend to buy a babyliss razor
to complement the replacement clippers.

I’ve had a great experience with Babyliss issuing me a new product following a product fault. They were very efficient and helpful. I’m very satisfied with their service.

I had my hairdryer (which I loved) for 2 years when it developed a fault. I got in contact with the customer service and can only give great praise for them. They responded very quickly. A new hairdryer was sent out after I’d answered some simple questions and provided photos. It was delivered within a couple of days. The two customer care employees, Inge and Sandra, were great to deal with.

Had the exact same issue happen with a replacement trimmer, the guard just seems to crack after some months of use.
Emailed support letting them know what happened, they were of great help and replied very quickly. They have kindly offered me a replacement which is greatly appreciated!

My clippers broke the blade adjuster and it fell off after 2 yrs 5 mths informed Babyliss and Yomna & Sandra kindly sorted me a new set to be delivered very impressed with the response and honouring the 5 yr Warranty.

I contacted customer service by email as my hairdryer developed a fault after 30 months.
The speed in which this was resolved was exceptional.
In less than 4 hours complaint resolved a new product on its way.

I recently purchased a Babyliss Pro Shaver. There was a small mechanical problem with it. I emailed Babyliss customer care and Yomna got back to straight away. She is going to send me out a new shaver and I will send back the faulty one. I am just really impressed with how much Babyliss cares about their customers. Well done Yomna and Babyliss. Thank You
