$80 item was cheap Chinese Junk…

The item I purchased was $80 and I thought I'd get a sturdy baby bed. What I got was worth $10 at best, it came shrink to 1/2" with no box and no way to return it. BEWARE! Stay clear of this ripoff company.

Service clients impeccable.

J'ai contacté le service clients de Babyliss pour un problème avec le chargeur de ma tondeuse cheveux et en 48h MAX, je suis recontacté et le problème est résolu, que demander de mieux.
Dommage que toutes les sociétés n'aient pas autant l'âme "commerciale" et le respect des clients.
Continuez comme ça, c'est parfait.

Merci l'obsolescence programmée

Merci l'obsolescence programmée. J'ai acheté un sèche cheveux d'une valeur de 150€ en Mars 2023. Il a arrêté de fonctionné en Juillet 2025, soit quelques mois seulement après la fin de garantie. Résultats : irréparable car pas de pièces détachées. On appelle ça de l'escroquerie. Plus jamais cette marque.

Atrocious customer service

Atrocious customer service. I tried to cancel an order for weeks and no reply. I ended up receiving it weeks later and have been trying to return it for another two weeks with no response via email or phone. Do not order from this company.

Har købt en BaByliss Super X-Metal…
Har købt en BaByliss Super X-Metal Multi-Trimmer igennem compumail.dk
Den er kun 3 mdr gammel og sendte den retur pga den ikke vil tænde
Så sender de (compumail) den til værksted og skriver tilbage at den har fået vandskade.
Hvad er det for noget når der står i beskrivelsen af produktet at den er 100% vandtæt. Det er falsk reklamering!
I den sidste ende må vi betale 438 kr for at skrotte den og har så mistet penge på det vi har betalt for
Så det er dårlig reklame for jer
Så jeg advarer jer ikke at købe dette produkt

De sålde en kopia som tillverkats i china för samma pris som originalen. De är inte äkta babyliss. Dessutom vill inte ha deras produkt på retur eftersom den presterar väldigt dålig.
Handla aldrig där utan de originals babyliss heter
Babyliss.com men man lägger uk-en slash home. Tyvärr så tillåter inte trustpilot länkar här
De blåste tyvärr mig alltså de som heter babyliss.com är helt skumma och säljer kinesiska varor som har babyliss märket på, alltså väldigt dåliga kopior

Lost a loyal customer

My husband purchased professional grade clippers from BaByliss for cutting his own hair. It was their premium pro gold clippers for $250. The blade has a defect and cracked down the middle. I called their customer service and the first lady i spoke with was kind, but when I was transferred to a supervisor, she was rude and hung up on me. We have only had the clippers two years and they only made it a year and a half. I called hoping to get help, but they didn’t care . I shouldn’t have wasted my time calling and should have just thrown them away. My husband purchased them because they are meant for barber shops for thousands of uses, so he assumed it would be the last pair he would need for many years. What a disappointment!

Terrible customer service

I bought the super x metal series 15 in 1 trimmer from amazon. The product comes in 2 colour variations. I liked the gold/blue so went for that. The black/silver version is the same price and is named on the babyliss website as the 'super x metal series 15 in 1 trimmer' also so any reasonable person would think it's just the same trimmer in a different colour. The blue/gold came with a travel bag for it which is fine but the silver/black is pictured with a charging dock that would also hold the magnetic trimmer heads that come with it. This looks good in pictures and would look good in the bathroom. However, when the tray arrived from babyliss, I was left bemused since the usb charging cable that came with my trimmer didn't fit the charging port on the tray. I contacted babyliss and they said that although they look the same they have a different connection for charging. There is absolutely nothing on their product descriptions to say these are different or have a different connection type for charging. The spares and accessories page does not indicate they are not compatible in any way either. The customer service advisor just said 'there's nothing i can do, I'll pass on your feedback'. What a terrible customer experience. I won't be buying from them again.

I bought this online in November got it…

I bought this online in November got it under 50euro but it's not great it takes ages to dry my hair no power in it at all I've made so many mistakes buying hairdryers and yet another one
Im not saying babyliss is not a good brand as my friend has another type and it's better so in future I'll need to really do my research as I've hone through 4 or 5 hairdryers.

Babybliss pro

The battery and charger were bought online 3/24/25 and they are crap. As of now 07/05/25 at less than 4 months old, neither work and I double checked by putting the battery in a coworkers charger and one of her batteries in my charger. Both are definitely bad.
Called babybisspro and support said these are parts and are not covered. I’ll never pay for this POS ever again. I’ll be going to another brand. That Babybliss trimmer I was about to replace. Not happening!!!

No customer service or warranty

They do not have a customer service they do not accept complaints of any kind even if their product is a manufacturing fault so no warranty is valid here.

I just hope as many as possible see this so they stay away from Babyliss products.

As i do own a fair share of Babyliss products and always been happy with the quality this will be my last buy from them due to the lack of professionalism and service.

Concernant la tondeuse multi-usages BaByliss MT996E Super-X Metal Series, la tête pour la barbe s’est cassée au bout d’un an seulement. Aujourd’hui on me demande de racheter cette tête pour 30 euros… une blague.
N’achetez pas leurs produits bas de gamme : vous économiserez de l’argent et du temps.

A pretty good hair dryer I got here

A pretty good hair dryer I got here, and the only minus of it is that its' a bit heavy. If you have short hari, it's ok, but long,. its a bit heavy :D
Like the drier itself is high quality and I have it for like maybe 4 years and it's still working fine, and I didn't fix it or anything. On mine I like function like when it gets too hot it starts doing a bit warm air too. XD

Terrible customer service

Never received shipping email. Waited two weeks, was told product was delivered two days earlier and that it was my responsibility to reach out to them for a tracking number even though in the initial confirmation email and on their website it says you will receive a second one with shipping details. Proof of delivery from UPS is a blurry photo of a box that doesn’t show an address sitting in a mail room and of course wasn’t there when I went to get it. My buzzer number was in my address, there was no excuse not to contact me. Babyliss refuses to refund or send a replacement 2.5 months later after following up with them weekly as they are allegedly waiting for UPS to finish investigating themselves.
