I never received the crib. They never answered my messages, no email no phone calls. A complete scam!

I never received my order. Couldn’t reach anyone regarding my missing order. I just want a refund!!!!!!

I placed an order for a car seat travel cart on 7/22/22 and paid for expedited shipping as I needed it for an upcoming trip. I did not receive it and received no information that I wouldn’t be getting it in time. After it didn’t arrive in time, I tried to cancel the order. I received no reply that my phone or email messages to cancel we’re received. Upon checking the order on the website, it indicates that the order is still processing 3 months later. Fortunately it does not appear that my credit card was charged, although I still worry that this could happen as there is no confirmation of a canceled order. I would have appreciated better communication from the company and would still like confirmation that this order has been canceled. I find it quite rich/humorous that my first communication from them since placing the order is a request to give a review.

Store doesn’t exist. No one calls or emails back. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEIR WEBSITE!

SCAM. Item was never shipped. I didn’t receive my item. Called to PayPal and thanks God got my refund after 1 month.

I placed an order in June and still have not received it. I received zero response from the company after multiple attempts to contact customer support or the store directly about the order.

My order was never processed so I never received my item. I called multiple times without being able to speak to a person and sent emails to customer service that were never responded to.

I ordered a car seat and never received the item. I called and left voicemails, I emailed and never got a response. To this day I never received the item I ordered.

We ordered baby scales twice form this company and both times they never arrived. We called and left messages a nuber of times and received no call backs to address the concerns that we had. I would not suggest buying anything online fromt his company.
