Customer Service brilliant!
I wanted a product I can no longer buy locally, but because I am on an "offshore island" (only 3 miles from the mainland and normal charges apply with Royal Mail and many couriers!) the delivery charge was to be £14.50. I challenged this, as it was extortionate, and to their credit, someone from Real Foods rang me and said they would see what they could do. A week later I received an e mail to say the normal delivery charge would apply, and I received the ordered goods promptly after I placed my order. This sort of Customer Service is rare nowadays and needs to be celebrated. They have been assured of my continued custom, however rarely it will be.

Superb experience! Real Foods were very helpful to me, this being my first order from them. Goods were collected on the Friday and to my surprise the parcel was delivered on the following Monday morning.

Real Good Service from Real Foods
It was easy to find things I wanted on the website and then to complete the order. Real Foods kept me updated as they waited for stock of one item and then during the shipping process and then voila! the order had arrived before I knew it. Everything was well packed to avoid damage to anything and I was very happy!

Reliable company
The website is extensive with products you don’t see elsewhere as well as familiar items. The communication is good not repetitive or overwhelming & delivery is prompt. The regular bulk items I buy are exceptional value.

Good produce
Good produce, delivered on time and fair prices for the quality of the food. Only criticism is packaging is weak; one bag of flour burst at the bottom of the box. The box was very heavy and the deliverer had problems getting it over the doorstep. We had to push it over the laminate floor into the kitchen to unwrap as my husband and I could not carry it. Could the goods be packed in two smaller boxes?
