Totaly worth it!
We come to Bali for 2 weeks we had no issue till one of our phone died. WhatsApp support was quick and kind tonsupport us, even we had to buy a new e-sim for our spare device as original could not be transfered. Coverage is good even on Nusa Penida. In our time was almost half price compared to competitors. So totaly worth it.

Fantastic visa extension service
I used BaliEasy’s service to extend my EVOA, using the express option. I found the entire process very smooth, professional and… easy!
The team were always available on WhatsApp to answer my questions, and replied in a very courteous and friendly manner, which was so great.
Their advice on what to do at the Immigration centre in Ngurah Rai was perfect, as I was in and out in 15 minutes. I noticed that the regular queue was already up to 78 people at 8:15am in the morning, and each one was taking many minutes to process… so I am very grateful to have had the experience I did, thanks to the express option.
I highly recommend them to anyone extending their visa in Bali

Pretty easy process, selected the Express option and even though they had to deal with the national holiday and the immigration office being closed for nearly a week, they handled everything smoothly!

Awesome customer experience
Great price for our e-sims and when needed to contact customer service via WhatsApp they had us up and running within a few minutes. Would highly recommend and will use them again.
