I have been working with Shenelle and her team for about a week and she is the real deal! By cutting out ultra processed protein snacks and artificial sweeteners I am down 5 pounds! She definitely knows what she is talking about so if you put your trust in her and follow the program, it will work!

Down to earth no bull coaching. Exactly what I needed . Coaches have all had weight loss surgery so they have first hand knowledge and experience. Would highly recommend the Bariatric Rewrite to anyone struggling before or after weight loss surgery.

I have done many workshops in my 50 years. The money spent on the Bariatric Rewrite has been the best value for money. I have been in a monthly group class which was a great course. The academy and artificial sweetener programs were also great resources. My biggest issue is there is so much value I have not been able to take advantage of it all.
I am not only loosing a lot of weight I am realizing why I have been on a vicious cycle of gain loose all my life. I believe I now have the tools and knowledge about how to get off the weight loss roller coaster.

I started my bari journey a couple months ago. The Rewrite crew is amazing. Weekly calls, texts and so much support! It is amazing to connect with people who understand where are at, and will tell you how it goes. I find Shanelle’s approach refreshing, without a lot of “fluff”. I cannot recommend this program enough! If you are starting your weight loss journey or are struggling in your journey The Rewrite is hands down the best program you will find for coaching and support from candid, relentlessly real people.

Shenelle has been a amazing help in this last part of my journey. The stubborn 10 to 15 pound yo yo game has exhausted me and when I saw her on tik tok and Facebook I reached out and she made so much sense in what she was saying I thought I didn't have anything to lose. So my husband approved me trying her program and after a week of detox of the protein BS I lost 3 pounds doing nothing but the same walks with our dog I have been doing for the past 2 years. I had weight loss surgery on 3/21/24. After the surgery I felt lost and didn’t feel supported by my weight loss clinic. I was searching for support and found it in Bariatric Rewrite. The best decision I ever made. It was fantastic to be surrounded by people who understand and relate. I all the sudden had support 24/7. I joined July 1st and am currently down just shy of 40 pounds in 3 months. I am less than 8 pounds from my first goal I set with Shenelle. If you are thinking about bariatric surgery, had surgery and need guidance, I would recommend joining. Surgery is a tool! You need the support for life!

I had a revision in November and had come to a complete standstill by April. I found Shenelle through Facebook and started the group program and the academy. The group program offered one on on coaching, small group interaction/instruction and food log reviews. The academy offers sessions weekly, a community of supporters and an abundant variety of resources. I have lost 23 pounds since joining! I wish I would have known about this sooner!

A lovingly cultivated community full of like minded people, wading our way through the hard part before, during or after surgery. All the support you could ever want! Shenelle is genuinely unique! I found the honesty and straightforward approach I sought in a coach. I became a member before my surgery in December of 2023. Even at 71 years old, I am successfully shedding weight. Her coaching method focuses on transforming your relationship with food and how you perceive yourself. The Zoom sessions are fantastic, and the group support is consistently there for you.
