The post op group is the best idea. Chenelle and Seda teach, guide and support us without judging us. They bring us specialists in bariatric surgery and food addiction to help us. They are always available to answer any questions we might have.
I am so thankful I found this group!!

Bariatric Rewrite is legit! The team at BR has walked my journey, with me. Coached me to becoming a better person, a healthier version of me. Bariatric Rewrite is an amazing program! They teach things even more in depth than my surgeon’s office teaches about lifestyle choices pre- and post-op. It has been a monumental tool for me in teaching my goals.

I have been in the Bariatric Rewrite Acadeny for 2 months now! The support provided by the community chat is amazing! Someone is also available to pick you up and understands what your going through. The 3x weekly zoom calls have provided me so much information and helped me continue in my weight loss journey in a positive direction. Can't wait to join some of the other offerings that are available!

When I started on the ASE program I was just at the stage after surgery where cravings were happening, stalls were very prominent, and my diet was surrounded by almost ALL Ultra Processed foods that were chock-full of artificial sweeteners. After being on ASE for almost 30 days I have ZERO cravings, I now look for healthy foods like fruits and veggies when I am hungry. My hair STOPPED falling out and I have tons of regrowth. But most of all I GAINED CONFIDENCE in myself. Shenelle is your girl if you really want a path to success for the future.

So happy I joined the artificial sweetener exit challenge it motivated me to get off protein shakes, bars, and processed foods and to eat real whole foods again. I feel good my skin is clear and I have much more energy for those morning workouts! The group chat is so fun we share recipes ideas and are there for each other when it gets tough thank you Shenelle for challenging us. I highly recommend this program to everyone.

Grateful for the valuable information learned in the ASE (Artificial Sugar Exit) program with Shenielle. So many influencers on Social Media preaching, but Shenielle has the knowledge, information, skills and wisdom others lack. Her programs work. I was one of the newest patients and members and the timing of finding her will help me immensely along my journey. So very grateful. Down 11 pounds, more if I had exercised more, but it’s a win in the marathon. I got the assignment!

After having surgery nearly 6 months ago, I had been feeling like I was addicted to artificial sweeteners. I can't drink plain water>>>> I always have to add Mio or Crystal Light. Then, I saw that Shenelle was offering this ASE program (artificial sweetener exit). I gotta be honest, I was angry that I signed up for it. So mad at myself because I love my Fairlife Choc protein shake, and G Hughes sugar free sauces. Let me tell you this: I wasn't mad anymore when I lost 9 lbs in the first 10 days! Like, what???? Shenelle knows her s**t!

I've been working with Shenelle since November of 2023. I had my surgery in Mexico so I don't have a team here to guide me through. I was addicted to sugar then artificial sweeteners. We did a metabolic reset/ASE (artificial sweetener exit) I'm mid way through week 4 and I am completely off artificial sweeteners and I have adopted a healthy whole food, plan based diet that I wouldn't have started if I didn't have this group. I just keep learning more and more and I also have amazing support.

Being part of this program has helped me get on track! I am the type of person that needs to be called out as well as helping me find a solution. I would recommend this to everyone interested in wls!

After years of feeling like I’m on this journey alone I found Shenelle. I love her tell it like it is attitude. It’s refreshing. Would highly recommend the Bariatric Rewrie Academy for anyone who is on their bariatric journey.

Shenelle has created a great program to follow and is so informative. I was lost a month out and started to jump back into old habits. Tik tok can be very misleading and she helped guide me into the right direction. She helps you build skills to take after the package and has built a community to gain support. I couldn’t be more thankful.

I have felt so let down from my surgical team, and was really lacking support- and then I found Bariatric ReWrite! I feel like i have the support I need to make the best of my tool. Within a week of working with Shanelle I saw a slight change on the scale. I cannot wait to see what the next few months have in store for me with the motivation, accountability, and most of all the support I have within the Academy!
