Great experience with the Bathcenter. I was able to request an exact delivery day and everything arrived in good condition. I added extra items to my order at the last minute as I had problems with UK bathrooms. The Bathcenter were able to supply these on time and were incredibly helpful and quick to respond. Exceptional customer service - thank you!

Unfortunately the first loo seat was broken. I informed Bathcenter and they sent me a replacement which arrived the next day.

Terrible customer service! My £659 Carronite bath came scratched. I can write a story how I've been treated by someone call Martin when I've tried to sort some repair kit to sort scratches on my new bath. Very argumentative, unpleasant person. If I knew I'll be treated like that, I would never buy anything from Bathcenter.

An absolute shower!
I bought a bath and side panel, admittedly 11 months past.
However due to Covid complications, I left the equipment "as delivered", until today.
Having set the bath legs to the recommended height (in my bedroom as a dry run), I then unpacked the side panel and noticed a split on the top crease.

I then sent an email to the Bathcenter, with photos that clearly highlighted the bedroom dry run and the plastic packing still on the equipment; the response received was that I had exceeded the 30 day return and quoting the cost of a replacement panel at circa 150 GBP.

Absolutely disgusted with them and would never use them again.

Bought a bath that was the wrong size contacted customer services and Martin at The Bath Center couldn’t have been more helpful, talked me through the range they stock and worked out a bath that would fit and what type of bath that would suit the space, they kept me informed of the new delivery and collection of the mistakenly ordered one, the delivery driver was brilliant and the bath I received was much better quality than my old one and looks great, I can’t recommend them more really great company to deal with.

First time customer with Bathcenter and have found their customer service to be excellent, Ameena at Bathcenter has kept us informed of order and responded quickly to our emails. Delivery of items is also prompt, highly recommend.

Excellent, ordered a wetroom and it was delivered 9.30 the day after, just what I wanted as well.

Worst experience ever,
I odered a bathtub online. At the scheduled delivery date the delivery driver called and asked if I could come and meet him to pick up the bathtub with my own car, I declined and the delivery date was rescheduled for the following week. The following week the wrong bathtub was delivered the evening before the agreed delivery date. After complaining and chasing bathcenter to replace the bathtub the correct bathtub was delivered a few days later, missing the protective film and the delivery driver handed me the bathtub legs in a package falling to bits. Never ever I would use this company again.

Wasn’t sure about ordering big items online but the bathcenter was excellent easy to order, I was updated frequently about my order and delivery came on time. Haven’t fitted units yet but checked items and all seems fine would recommend
