Ordered a lovely black freestanding bath tub from here. Great communication of when it would arrive when there was a small mishap the plug the customer service team were brilliant and couldn’t have been more helpful in a resolving the issue. Will def use again.

Unlike many companies, you can actually email or speak to a real person! Ameena was super helpful throughout when buying our bath and shower wall, even when we thought we had to return something. And on this point they can arrange collection of returns for a reasonable fee - unlike other companies where you are left to make your own arrangements and £££courier

Would 100% recommend and will be using again!

Totally blown away by the excellent customer service from this company.
I was waiting in the car park at Porcelonosa which I had a terrible experience with and I phoned Ameena at customer services and asked about delivery.
As I needed the item ready for Monday and would it arrive within 48 hours, she said let her know the order number and she would speak to the supplier.
I received the wall hung vanity, less than 24 hours later.

Ordered a bath, sink and some waste. Not a difficult order but they then called me the day before it was meant to be delivered to tell me the bath wont be coming and wont be able to be delivered for at least another 2 weeks. After speaking to Barry the manager, he arranged for another supplier to deliver it.

Then they delivered the incorrect waste. They were not helpful with this and twice i was told the correct one was on it's way to me and twice it did not show up. After constantly chasing this, they told me one wouldn't be coming and i would be refunded.

All in all, not very helpful. Incorrect orders. Only saving grace is Barry helping to source a bath after a very long conversation and being shouted at by the customer service.

Would say the cheap prices are not worth it.

Superb customer service - we bought an expensive bath from these guys - the suppliers delivery team failed to deliver 3 times. Barry and his team at Bathcentre.co.uk went above and beyond in trying to sort this out. When the bath arrived, it had been shipped damaged from the supplier, Eastbrook. They refused to do anything to help, so Barry kindly compensated us and took things up with the supplier directly. Cant fault Bathroomcentre for its customer service which was the saving grace. Eastbrook are a monopoly supplier for the bath we chose and it showed in their attitude.

Had some pretty specific requirements on a bathroom vanity basin. Contacted them to ensure the item would meet my needs. They were informative and helpful. Made the order and the item actually arrived sooner than expected. Best of all it meets all my needs. 1st time I ever used Bathcenter and couldn't be happier.

Very impressed. Placed an order for a black quadrant shower enclosure; 2 hours later received a confirmation call to agree delivery date, next day received my purchase (23 hours after placing order). I'm impressed and that doesn't happen often as I'm a Quality and Systems Manager. Faultless service, will use Bathcenter again when the need next arrises. Item is yet to be installed but will update if any issues.

Ordered 2 toilets after requesting extra info on sizes. N. B. Delivered shrink wrapped on a pallet. (Note, the courier cannot take the pallet back)
Just be aware of this. Not an issue for me but you need to factor this in when they arrive.
Unfortunately, when checked, one of the cisterns had a crack on one side and pieces found inside box which didn't show any sign of damage.
Ameena responded very quickly after I sent an email + pics and re-ordered another cistern (FOC) which arrived soon after.
Just waiting for our plumber to fit.
I would just mention that it's quicker to email for a response!
I would definately use this online service again.

Bath delivered today,no time to check it as yet but will do so tomorrow. I was extremely impressed by the delivery driver who phoned 20mins before arrival.I gave him directions but my place is quite hard to find. However he arrived on time,backed through a very tight opening,brought the bath inside and checked that everything was there.All this quickly,efficiently and best of all with a pleasant attitude and a smile! The ordering was easy and I was phoned to say what day the bath would come.Would recommend.

Great company to deal with but let down by their suppliers and couriers. Bath delivered late but good communication from Bathcenter. Sadly bath now shows signs of a fault - Frontline not responding to Bathcenter. We have an unfinished bathroom and no sign of a resolution.

Excellent service. I ordered the wrong item. Bathcenter was really helpful, the replacement was delivered and the original item collected within 2 days. I would definitely buy from them again

Very pleased with the service I received from Bathcenter, clearly a well run company. I got prompt replies to my initial enquiry and question via email or telephone. Their website was simple to navigate which made ordering easy. I was provided with email updates at each stage of the order processing. Delivery was made 3 working days from ordering. The delivery company PJH, was very efficient allowing me to select a date suitable for me. The delivery was made on time and the driver was very helpful even putting my order into my garage out of the rain. Overall an excellent experience with Bathcenter and I would recommend them anytime.

Bath center is one of the best company from whom I have purchased anything (not just bath related) in UK. You have few rip off companies on one side who charge you for restocking fee when you cancel the order before its dispatched. On the other hand you have Bath Center who agreed to
1) send the bath on the precise date I wanted
2) later agreed to pause the delivery after it was dispatched as I had family health emergency
3) later agreed to hold the product for me until I could sort out on the family situation and arrange for a new delivery date
4) delivered on the new agreed date.

Great service and quick delivery. I forgot an item on my order and put in another one and I asked if the 2nd delivery charge be refunded and was delighted when it was. Ameena is exceptional and was so fast to respond to my emails. An item missing on delivery but was soon rectified and sent next day.
