Efficient, knowledgeable and gets on with the job! If your unhappy before the install they will come to speak to you have another look. Workers get on with the job and try not to disturb you. our job was finished in 4 days which was really good. you get a phone call every day to make sure your happy and any questions you have are dealt with there and then. We normally use someone we know to do jobs in our house but a look up on the net brought Bathing Solutions to us and I'm glad it did.

We have recently had two shower rooms completed by Bathing Solutions and their fitter, Tuncay. The service was excellent and straightforward and the resulting shower rooms are exactly what we wanted. Tuncay worked efficiently and to a very high standard. He kept us informed on each stage of the work which was very reassuring.

The fitter Dumitru worked very hard and never stopped even for a break. Jake Rafter the electrician was also very good.

The products were as promised and of excellent quality. The team arrived on time daily and completed the fitting ahead of schedule. They kept everything clean each day with as little noise as possible. Paul, Adam and Jake were very efficient, excellent at resolving problems and very professional. Amy telephoned daily to make sure that all was going well.

As a registered disabled person, and was finding it risky and near to dangerous getting into the bath for a shower.
It has now been transformed top to bottom with a lovely walk in shower.
First class.

Jakub, fitted the wet room. He was an excellent worker. Clean, tidy, precise, polite, professional and the finished work is of a very high quality and we are thrilled with the results.

My mother’s installation issues were not addressed for six weeks after they were reported and only when I (her daughter) called to escalate the issue, with several issues remaining unresolved. The original bathroom tiles are cracked and disorganised around the new toilet. The most significant issue is that the shower tray was installed with the drainage at the wrong end, making the entire tray a wet area. This is contrary to the original drawings for the contract and the product my mother purchased. No valid reason has been provided for these errors, and no explanation was given at the time of installation. The company appears unwilling to rectify the error and that didn't even apologise to her. It is concerning that these services and product costs are so high and that this situation exploits vulnerable individuals who save their pension to make living easier. The service provided is extremely poor.

I had a very professional time throughout the time from my telephone to the to the end of the contract. My experience was A1. I thank you all for your help.

We are extremely pleased with our new bathroom and cloakroom and our fitter Jerry worked very hard and competently to complete the work for us. Jerry's expertise and helpful advice was invaluable in helping us to get the end result which we had hoped for.

All in all satisfactory. However, when needed we could not make contact with our project liason person. Our fitter was ill for two days and there was no plan for the event of a prolonged illness.

All the guys did a great job. Special thanks go to Joe who did most of the work. He was very particular about keeping the area tidy and explained all that he was doing to myself and my partner

So far, near to completion I have been satisfied with the work and efficiency of the whole project. I am extremely pleased with "Vasile" on the competence and efficiency with which he works.

The shower fitter Steven ref: 212131, was very prompt and polite. He was very knowledgeable and an excellent craftsman. He was always involving me as to the spec that i wanted. Nothing was too much trouble, and he even hoovered up each day. The finished shower room was even better than i had imagined, and the finish was superb. I can't recommend him highly enough. I have had fitters and tradesman before, but this was another level!

Mark and Jordans team of fitters are brilliant. From the first day until the end of the job. They arrived on time every day they worked tirelessly every day. Kept us informed at each stage of the fitting. Were clean and tidy. Tidied up at the end of each day. Calumn, Jordan and Nathan went above and beyond. If you need a new bathroom fitted out you couldn't be more helpful and safer hands than these guys.

The installer Vasile was a hard worker and did an excellent job on time. He kept me informed throughout and was very polite. Very happy with the work. Thanks

Had my bathroom converted into a walk in shower because of increased mobility problems. A wise decision . The installation was done by Kiko who did a good job completing it in four days. He was pleasant, worked in an organised manner and cleared up well each day. The materials are of a good quality especially the non slip flooring in the shower.One thing the company needs to look at is the length of time it takes the shower floor to dry - about 3 hours. If there was a slight gradient towards the drain it would help.

A month ago I made an appointment for a home visit today to review a bathing solution for an 89yo relative that lives with me.

I received a letter 4 days ago confirming the appointment. I then received a call from a mobile number yesterday that I was unable to answer due to work commitments - no voicemail was left and no further texts or calls were made so I assumed it was an incorrect dial that realised it when they heard the voicemail message.

I received another call this morning which I missed due to being at the supermarket checkout. I called straight back and got passed around from person to person and on hold for a while before being told that “we called yesterday to confirm the appointment as it’s such a long way for our person to come out…we didn’t get through so we’ve cancelled the appointment”. I asked why a voicemail message had not been left and was told that it was not available - I run a business on the phone and nobody else to my knowledge has ever had a problem leaving a voicemail and I regularly receive them from clients. Even if I accept that something went wrong with the voicemail message system in this case, why would they not text or email or even try a second call?

Words fail me to describe how disappointed I am with this company and how let down I feel to have now lost a month of progress - you’d think a company that would be looking for me to spend 15-20k on a wet room solution might have tried a bit harder to secure my custom.

Unfortunately, there does seem to be a bit of a monopoly here - Mobility Bathing Group seems to own Bathing Solutions, Premier Care in Bathing, and Mobility Plus…and who knows how many others…so I will now try to find someone else who can do it that is not part of that Group otherwise I could just be faced with the same impersonal service again. Shame.

From start to finish the installation of our new Bathroom with shower was carried out professionally, courteously and on time.
Beth, the project manager kept us up to date on the progress.
We are well pleased with Graham, our installer, who left the place as clean as it was at the outset.

Sam arrived on time and worked diligently through the day, staying late to complete the job in one day. He was very considerate throughout and cleaned up all mess after completion of the job. I have used the shower today and I am very happy with the completed job.
