Updated my life insurance with Beagle. The customer service centre, was very helpful with updating this for me and was knowledgable.

Abdul was really patient and helpful to ensure we took out the correct protection. He was extremely helpful in advising what worked best for us and our family. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. Thank you

Wanted to update my existing policy through beagle street spoke to Abdul and the whole experience was much easier than expected very pleased with the whole process

I discovered I could claim on my critical illness for malignant melanoma though my diagnosis was nearly 8 years ago so was worried it had been too long to claim, however it wasn't and my claim was successful. I have received my payout within a month of claiming. I was kept up to date throughout, Violeta was especially hotel, always responding quickly if I had a query. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing cover 😊

My husband passed away April this year within this very difficult,
I started the processing the claim at end of May 25, I found the team at Beagle Street, extremely helpful ,they have kept me informed of my claim at ever stage, I have received a call this morning from Lisa, advising me that the claim is complete .from start to finish the team have been professional, efficient and respectful. I have contacted Beagle Street by e mail and nothing to update my address, telephone number which l did when l moved to gain my account/policy number and any paperwork l have never recieved. And at this point nothing but l am still paying my monthly payments and received nothing back. But if l pull out of my payments l loose everything l have paid in.

I got this from Beagle street at the end of last year and found out they had been taken over by another company which l did not know.

Lack of admin and slow customer service. Took out the policy a week ago for life insurance and emailed because I didn’t think I’d be covered if I had an accident for horse riding. Slow response time so today I called. Spoke to a lovely gentleman who I wish I had got the name of. He checked with underwriters and all was well so I asked him to make sure the policy would not be cancelled. All was assured.
By the afternoon the policy has been cancelled by Rosie! So after all that faff I’ve no policy. Pointless me getting it reinstated as I’ll have lot out on the benefit too. So now they have lost a customer!
A comprehensive list of sports that are excluded would have avoided all this but there is no information about this on their website or account.

We lost our Daughter last year at the age of 38, and she had a policy with Beagle Street. The people involved have been amazing and very compassionate towards this claim, I filled in the form, and have had regular emails through the whole process. Now we have had Probate through the claim was settled immediately.

A five star experience from start to finish. We had a decreasing life insurance policy with critical illness cover taken out in 2014. This year I was unfortunately diagnosed with Cancer. The Beagle Street claims team were simply outstanding. Emails were answered within the hour, information gathering was painless and fast and within a month of initial enquiry the payout was made.
This has changed the shape of our future beyond measure. I am so glad we took out the policy but even happier we chose to use Beagle Street. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
