Beagle street sold critical health insurance (maybe still does) that should cover for heart attacks. I assumed mine did until I tried to claim and found policy wording in the depths of it which provided an out for the insurer. I did not meet one of the conditions which some medical professionals find questionable but it’s in the legal get out clause. It is pretty shameful Beagle street who must be aware of this tactic sold such policies and after paying many thousands of premiums (on which Beagle Street got paid on). They did not really help with the process of challenging the insurer even though they should have been my advocate.

After suffering from a stroke in my mid thirties, the last thing I even thought of was claiming. Firstly I just wanted to bury my head and try to forget. As time went by I decided I should look into it and with the great assistance of beagle street, in particular Violeta Rozovele, my claim with them was effortless and easy.

After losing my dad suddenly this year, my mum had to go through the claims process for life insurance. As my mum was not up to date with technology, I took over this for her and the process and customer service was nothing short of amazing.

Violeta was quick to answer questions and keep us up to date on the process. Our claim was confirmed and paid within 3 weeks which is beyond our expectations after hearing horror stories of other life insurance companies taking months. When they were unable to get hold of my husband via his outdated mobile number, they sent letters out to the house asking him to contact them. Lisa kept us updated and informed throughout the entire process, if we wasn’t reachable by phone, an email was sent to us. There was no waiting around for answers, every email that was sent by ourselves, received a prompt reply. I don't do this every day, so not sure where the bar is for this kind of thing. But Beagle Street have been great to deal with, regarding my Criticalillness claim. I found the claim form easy to understand, and the process nice and straightforward. I dealt with a Lovely lady called Violeta, who managed my claim from beginning to end. She was very understanding and kind.

can’t recommend Beagle Street highly enough. My critical illness claim was handled seamlessly from start to finish, with exceptional communication and incredibly fast responses. Considering I’m currently battling cancer, I really appreciated how respectful, compassionate, and professional the team were throughout the process.

A special mention to Violetta, who was truly outstanding – she went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled quickly and smoothly. The claim was paid out in full for a substantial amount, which has made a very difficult situation so much easier to cope with.
