Bought a Relyon Heyford Ortho Pocket 1500 Mattress from Beds Are Uzz.
It was competitively priced and buying from the website was easy.
Very helpful staff kept me regularly updated by e-mail.
Delivery arrangements were great as were the 2 guys who delivered the bed at the promised time.
Very pleased with the mattress which is firm but only took 1 night to get used to.
I recommend Beds are Uzz and will buy from them again.

Absolutely fantastic service, brilliant price on our sealy mattress. Easy to read website and very informative. All paid for and invoice received with all information clear to read. We had trouble with the delivery team Sealy sent so when I contacted Beds are Uzzz directly they were very helpful in offering help. We got the mattress up ourselves. Would recommend this company. Alex is absolutely amazing. His customer service is outstanding as is his patience and understanding. After having dealt with Alex I will only buy mattresses here. He responds incredibly quickly to emails and always phones back with updates. Alex keeps you personally updated with progress and treats you as if you are his only customer for the day. He is always so aware of what you need as a customer and has a lot of empathy. Alex is such an excellent example of customer care and service. He should train others to excel as he has. Seriously Alex is absolutely amazing- he goes the extra mile and always puts the customer first . What an absolute delight to deal with Alex. We bought our Sealy mattress from here as it was an excellent price with an additional discount code on their site. Ordering process was easy, delivery was earlier than anticipated and we were able to pick the day of delivery. Received a call from the courier on the day of delivery to advise what time to expect them. Overall great service and would recommend Bedsareuzzz to others - thank you!

Thoroughly recommend Beds Are Uzz, an excellent service from start to finish. The divan set we bought was a good price and the online chat service was able to answer all the questions I had quickly and with sufficient detail. The purchase process was very efficient and the delivery team were professional. All in all I was very impressed.

Excellent service, ordered mattress (one we'd been searing for ages) they had stock and it arrived within 7 days. Only issue was no phoned / messaged to say when it was arriving. Luckily i was in :)

I've have been in the furniture trade in excess of 30 years, so I know a thing or two about the workings of the trade. Beds Are Uzzz exceeded my expectations from start to successfully completing my order. Unlike large furniture stores who keep hold of your money and give you extended delivery dates (this is purely done for cashflow reasons). I had my order completed well within the period stated. All the staff I dealt with were very professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. I honestly couldn't recommend them high enough! Well done guy's, service as it should be!

Absolutely first class service from start to finish. We found our mattress here cheaper than anywhere else. All communications were excellent. Delivery was as stated - the delivery men were brilliant. Cannot recommend highly enough.

I found the Hypnos bed that I wanted on the BedsAreUzzz website at a good price. I then found the same bed at a better price on a competitor's site, but that seller had weaker reviews here on TrustPilot. This prompted me to test out the BedsAreUzzz price match promise. It worked! I had an immediate response, offering not only to match the rival's price, but to undercut it slightly. I placed my order and, exactly on schedule, I was contacted by the company with a proposed delivery date. The team from the Maidenhead branch who delivered the bed were punctual, polite, efficient, and Covid aware. From start to finish, a five star experience.

I went to the showroom in Dorchester to find a comfortable bed as I have a bad back. I would have ordered one online, but needed to test it myself. Salesman completely ignored me for some considerable time as he was dealing with someone else (could have said a few words to me), so I hung around until he finally dealt with me and explained the beds. Someone else came along and I had to then wait until he had finished with THEM!
I always think that if spending over £1000 I prefer not to be ignored like that. Anyway, I purchased the bed (not much competition in Dorchester) and was given a delivery date of 6 weeks, which turned into months due to lockdown, but not a single word of apology or what was to happen next until I sent an email or two.
Once the bed arrived and living on my own I then had to ask a friend to keep coming round to help me turn the mattress (several times) as per the instructions until I found the smallest label on the mattress that this was a "no turn" mattress. Nobody had mentioned this and it was not clearly marked anywhere except on this tiny label.
Not happy with the bed either, but I had not been advised of any return mechanisms so have not complained.

Had our new bed delivered yesterday and can 100% recommend. Well looked after in the showroom. Delivery guys were brilliant and extremely careful carrying everything through the house. Wore shoe protectors etc. Very happy customers (and just enjoyed an excellent nights sleep on our new Vispring bed😀).

We ordered a large ottoman bed from Beds are Uzzz.
We did have a few issues with damage to the panels, but Richard from Beds are Uzzz, did a grand job dealing with us and sorting out the issues with the manufacturer.

Had a great experience with this company. We shopped around for ages for a Tempur matress and found no where offered a deal like this company did. I submitted the "give me your best price" request and Tom called me back really quickly and gave me a great price. Delivery was as agreed, so no hassle and great service! I would recommend and use again.

Visited the Harrow branch, was able to order a bed of my choice which was delivered the next week. The staff member was friendly and helpful and recommended a bed in my budget. Good value and the bed is very comfortable. No expensive add ons.

Finally ordered a New Bed, chose this company as I don't have great health, and the price and discount offered was great!
Bed ordered 7th Dec, delivery 21st Dec, ordered a Superking Sealy brand bed, base arrived and 1 side of the zip and lock mattress, off course they were closed from 21st through 26th Dec, now this caused a huge issue as being disabled I now had no bed to sleep in as we had my old one taken away on the morning of the 21st, anyway called left voicemail, emailed, messenger on website, after Christmas break I called and spoke to Carl, he was Fantastic, kept me up to date as Sealy were on a 2 week shutdown due to Holidays and back on 6th January 2020, 3 days later I had a brand new mattress delivered fitted and all packaging as well as the other mattress uplifted, I wasn't Happy and had originally left a not so nice review, however knowing the circumstances and they way Carl deal with and went beyond to help was Excellent! And I was compensated in money as a goodwill gesture.
The bed purchased is excellent as was the price, and Yes I would recommend and buy again from Beds are Uzzz.

Very poor customer service from this company!
Ordered a mattress and having been promised it will arrive in time for Christmas I am not now able to contact anyone to speak to and no sign of the delivery!
Asked to cancel the order so I could buy and guarantee delivery from elsewhere, but was promised it would arrive...still waiting and now think I will be sleeping on the floor over Christmas!

Will write another review once I received my bed but I have been waiting 3 weeks now and the lack of communication I have received is disappointing at the least. They said they couldn’t get in contact but I had to email to find out what was happening with my bed or I wouldn’t have known anything and I called and there was no problems.
