A very happy customer

Fantastic service- ordered the mattress in Jan during a sale, I asked if it was possible to collect in march ( mattress is for my boat and wanted it for opening season) and was told yes! As instructed I called 2 weeks before I was collecting to make sure the mattress was delivered into store for the correct day and it was! Collected enroute to Norfolk at Thetford and could carry on my journey. Thankyou to the chaps at Thetford store excellent service

We recently bought a new mattress and mattress topper. We are very pleased indeed with the speed of delivery and quality of both the mattress & topper.
However, after deciding to get a spare mattress topper when it arrived unfortunately the box it was in was so badly damaged it risked the quality of the mattress topper. So I contacted the customer services who were more than helpful and agreed straight away to exchange it. We were able to arrange to collect it from the Stevenage store where the salesman was more than helpful. Would fully recommend 10/10.

Don’t go anywhere else!
Went into store needing to replace a lovely mattress that I bought from Mattressman 10 years ago. The same one was no longer available, but a knowledgeable advisor identified what we wanted, and recommended a mattress available for next day delivery, which turns out to be even better than what we previously had. A Tempur Ease 25 mattress is amazing. Great product, great service and great price.
