5 stars! Very polite and tidy! On time and very time efficient! Neighbours were complementing the job before it was even finished. Very friendly. Amazing job and super happy with the results. 100% recommend. Very thorough and a fair price. Have no complaints.

Fitting team were efficient and careful, Finished job was very good and all frames and glass were cleaned. The new windows are good to look at and through, cut out more sound than the originals and felt warmer straight away. Over all my wife and I are very pleased with the windows and Homesure and are confident to recommend then to others.

Very pleased with work carried out. Men doing the work cleaned up, we're polite, hard working, just didn't stop. Now having some more work done soon.

Home sure have made the whole process of purchasing windows very easy. From the first visit where everything was clear and concise. The survey was conducted very quickly and accurately. There were no problems at all when it came to installation. I would recommend these guys to anyone if I was asked. Most importantly the product is second to none! I am very happy with the outcome. It’s given my house a new, refreshed look.

A problem with one frame due to a manufacturing fault by their supplier was quickly resolved by Homesure without any hassle and with good customer support and feedback.

Work carried out to a high standard on time with minimum disruption .My wife and myself are extremely pleased with the results . We had our windows and doors fitted in two days on 22/23 of January and the outside guttering replaced on the first of march . All this was done by very pleasant local people and all Homesure staff we have met or spoken to on the phone have given great customer service which is quite rare these days . Our thanks to all concerned .

Absolutely Superb, from sales to installation I could not fault the service given by Homesure.

My old windows and front door were looking tired and dated. I cannot believe the transformation the new ones have given to my house.

Fitting was 2 days late due to a mix up. The chap who fitted the new door, dave, was excellent and knowledgeable. However l like value for money and didn't feel a plastic, mdf, polystyrene door was good value but it's done. No disrespect to the firm, no doubt they are all made in same factory.

Perhaps this meeting should never have taken place, as my timescale did not concur with the wishes of the sales people. I just wanted a straightforward 12 month quote, which is what the original phone caller promised. Notwithstanding they did their job well.

Update: Director rang me to apologise. He has assured me that the salesman involved was not acting how the company would want him to. Training is going to be given to all sales people in the company.

Salesman was manipulative and intimidating. After being assured by Help to Buy that I would not have to make a decision on the day, I was told the lowest price was only available if I signed paperwork immediately.

This company was a pleasure to deal with from the beginning. We had no problems with communication. The workers were very respectful at all times. The work was of a high standard and the house was left clean and tidy afterwards. We were very happy that we had our windows and patio door done by this company and not the larger, well-known company we initially contacted

Excellent company, good quality windows and doors. We are very happy with their service from start to finish, friendly, genuine people.
Special mention to 'Dave' who installed our windows and doors, his workmanship and precision is outstanding he deserves recognition in the company. Everyone we have spoken with within homesure have all been most helpful and reassuring with each bit of contact.
The work was done in good time,not a long waiting time for the installation and I have to say the price was very reasonable for such quality window and doors. Not one drop of condensation on our new windows even with the outside temperature dropping to -5°c the heating goes on for a couple of hours and our home stays warm and comfortable. The overall look from inside and especially outside, has updated our property to a modern secure house.
Overall our experience as customers with homesure has been outstanding, we will definitely be recommending to friends and family. If we have any other home upgrades in the future we will be using homesure again without a doubt.
