Bought a df54 grinder. Fast delivery to top it off they also sent a bag of qc fail coffee beans to season the burrs of the grinder so I didn’t have to waste good coffee. Great service and will be buying from them again.

I bought my Lelit Elizabeth a couple of years ago now with no issues whatsoever. However when the machine developed an issue the technical department were patient clear and logical with their help. However when that failed I sent the machine to them and as expected it has returned fixed and as good as new. I emailed a few times asking for updates and got quick responses. All in all BB did a great job looking after my machine.

First class customer service , had a small issue with something missing from my order , flagged it and received the missing item less than 24 hrs later . Well recommended

I have a Meraki coffee machine that needed a repair to Steam Wand and I asked while it was there for the Grinder to be shimmed to allow it to grind Lighter roasted beans, and was told this would be done.

I was also informed that it would take upto 15 working days from receipt for the works to be carried out. 15 days later, not including weekends and the Easter bank holidays I'd heard nothing, I had to contact BB, which was disappointing. It would be nice if they would keep customers updated, especially if they are having staffing issues, which was mentioned as the reason for the delay.

I had to confirm if the Grinder had been shimmed, they weren't aware and had to deeper dive to find the request, the job was done to me satisfaction.

I have noticed that the group tower has some lateral movement, which was not there before, disappointing.

Other than that I'd still recommend them, but they lost a star in my coffee heaven.

As expected ....easy/quick to buy (harder to make the choice from range available but that was my fault).....wonderful coffee to take away too. 100% sure the beans will be good as well, so goodbye supermarket beans.

As the amount of beans used on a daily basis varies it is great that we can contact Bella Barista and know we can get a new supply delivered within about 3 working days. We also know that the beans are varied and always just what we like.

I decided to upgrade to a prosumer machine from my ageing 12yr Delonghi Dedica EC680 and paired grinder. After too much research of machines for my budget, I came across Bella Barista mentioned a few times. It was with great surprise I found ther are 15min local to me and decided to visit. The lady Olivia was very knowledgeable, listen to my needs and budget. She offered options for my needs and gave advice what I've come to know as good honest advice. No sales pitches, no pressure and such a welcoming honest small business. I decided on a Profitec Go and Solo DF54. Now I have both machines for appx 3wks, its clear these were the right perfect choice. Im so impressed with Bella Barista I even booked a Home Barista day course with them. Now my new goto coffee bean source aswell, due to their own roastary
