Brilliant Benenden
I had to send an application for help to Benenden, and being an older person, needed to recruit help from my daughter. This made my application more complicated, but Declan and Tim assisted, both in a highly professional way, but also with a sensitive approach and not only successfully completed the application but arranged to have daughter formally acknowledged as my IT supporter. Brilliant !!

Great service which allowed access to a consultation, MRI and follow up consultation, covered by the cost effective plan. Staff are very helpful and what is, and what is not covered is clear. I would recommend Benenden Health.

Helpful efficient service
I contacted Benenden and was given a doctor’s appointment within a few hours on the same day. I spoke to a doctor who was sympathetic and helpful and prescribed an antibiotic which solved my problem.

Not a great advantage
On this occasion I was able to get an appointment only a few days before NHS. I found the method of communication with the appropriate person frustrating because they only used text messages. After my final appointment I then had to get my doctor to refer me for the treatment that the doctor recommended via the NHS so I am now waiting via the NHS, not much of an advantage gained really.

The GP took the time to listen to my health concerns, and the treatment options were explained clearly. He made sure I understood all the steps. I felt heard, respected, and involved in the decision-making process. The decent choice of appointment availability offers flexibility around my schedule.

Extremely quick response
Benenden provided a very quick diagnostic service. Local NHS waiting times were 2 months but I was seen within 2 weeks. Diagnosis to treatment has been only 6 weeks. At the time I contacted Benenden I was in considerable pain. I am now in recovery following a major operation.

Very helpful receptionist
Very helpful receptionist. Everything was sorted out for my surgery very quickly. Highly recommend Beneden which is very affordable.
