Benenden can help when NHS can’t !
The service is great as it lets you have a faster appointment with a specialist u may not have months to wait for seeing . People are competent, professional, helpful and understanding. I would definitely reccomend it . I have been a member for several years now . It’s reassuring to know that Benenden can help when NHS can’t ! Money well spent for what u get back from it .

Help was just a Phone Call Away
They arranged help within a short time and a GP rang me back at within the promised time. Their questioning was thorough and the medication prescribed worked well and enabled me to feel myself again.

Fantastic experience
Fantastic experience! Fed up waiting to get through to my local GP and then no more calls. So went on my app, booked a time for GP to call - they did at the exact time, prescribed me medication and forwarded the script. I showed it to my pharmacist and got my medication. Total cost £13 and that was priceless to me!

Very misleading marketing and sales tactics not heath care just an insurance if can't get to see NHS u also need a referral from your own doctor an absolute waste of money also when I said id been giving false information they were totally uninterested 6 months for absolutely nothing

However, we are not an health insurance provider. We provide discretionary healthcare for a fee of £15.85 per member, per month. This fee doesn't increase when members use our services, for example.
We also require a referral from your GP to accurately manage the hand over to Hospital care. If you'd like to speak to a member of our team about thus further, you can email Complaints@benenden.co.uk.

Swift and comprehensive support
As a year long subscriber, I was able to access the full range of services. I approached for support with a womens’ health condition and was able to get an appointment with an eminent gynaecologist. Following a comprehensive consultation, I am aware of the full range of options available to me. I am aware that Benenden will not cover the cost of major surgery but have outlined the member discount entitlement. This means I can proceed with surgery close to home. I have also accessed other services such as lifestyle advice from a qualified dietitian. It’s worth looking beyond obvious illnesses and ailments and exploring the full range of services through the app

Value for money and great service
I’ve been a member for around 40 yrs and have used them around handful of times. I find Benenden is easy to use and the staff are always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I cannot recommend Benenden highly enough.

Another great experience using Benenden…
Another great experience using Benenden health, both eyes needed cataract surgery, it was very easy to arrange and everything was done for me, all I had to do was turn up for the surgery, joining Benenden health a few years ago was one one the best things I've ever done and my wife who is also a member feels the same.
