Atrocious

First time customer and last time customer.
If you need a repair within the guaranteed period prepare to deal with absolutely atrocious customer support doing everything possible to stop you.
Since providing all of the continuous list of things Hank in CS claims he needs, he has just completely ignored me and refused to reply.
Hank seems to be there to confuse and make things as difficult as possible so you cant arrange a repair, and when he runs out of obstacles to provide, he just stops replying.
This not how a reputable company behaves with its customers.

Exceptional Service on the GR10 Delivery

I would like to express my appreciation for the outstanding service provided by BenQ. Although the BenQ GR10 is not officially sold or shipped in the Netherlands, they kindly made an exception for me and arranged delivery anyway.

I truly value the extra effort they put into this. It shows that BenQ genuinely cares about its customers and is willing to go the extra mile. The communication was clear, friendly, and fast, and the entire process went smoothly from start to finish.

Service après-vente très décevant. Malgré le retour de ma commande, mon remboursement n’a toujours pas été effectué après plusieurs mois. J’ai dû multiplier les démarches sans obtenir de solution. Manque de réactivité et de sérieux.

I contacted BenQ regarding an issue with my projector and I am very satisfied with the service provided. The team showed a high level of professionalism: fast responses, clear explanations, and a very well-detailed repair procedure.
Despite the absence of an invoice, they took the time to review my case and agreed to handle my request as under warranty based on the tests I had already carried out. This honest and respectful approach truly makes a difference.

Problème de démarrage de l'écran 4K BenQ dès le lancement de l’ordi

• Ordi Mac mini M2 (2023)
• 1 écran BenQ 4K PD 2705U sur port USB-C
• 1 écran IIyama (1920x1080) sur port HDMI

Mon problème était que l’écran BenQ ne démarrait pas dès le lancement de l’ordi. Seul l’écran IIyama était reconnu comme écran principal.

J'ai aimé la rapidité de la réponse (moins de 24h). Tommy (de BenQ) m’a donné quelques informations sur le fonctionnement écrans/ordi que je ne connaissais pas. Par exemple, l’écran connecté sur HDMI est reconnu comme source active par défaut contrairement aux ports USB-C. En revanche, tous les conseils pour résoudre mon problème ne m’ont malheureusement pas servis car je les avais déjà essayés avant de contacter BenQ et je l’avais dit (mais merci quand même).

En fait j’ai résolu le problème moi-même par hasard…

J’avais un disque SSD connecté sur le port le plus proche du connecteur HDMI de mon Mac et l’écran BenQ sur le port USB-C le + éloigné.
Après avoir envoyé mon message à BenQ (j’y ai pensé après) j’ai tenté d’inverser les ports USB-C par dépit mais n’y croyant pas vraiment puisque les 2 ports USB-C du Mac mini M2 sont censés avoir strictement les mêmes caractéristiques…

Et ça a marché !!!!

J’ai connecté mon écran BenQ sur le port USB-C le plus proche du connecteur HDMI. Pourquoi ça a marché je n’en sais fichtrement rien mais problème résolu ! Maintenant l’écran BenQ démarre en premier comme écran principal ; même lorsque l’ordi est éteint.

Je pense que c’est plus un "problème" d’ordinateur que d’écran (ou plus vraisemblablement d’incompétence de moi-même 😀) c’est pourquoi je n’en veux pas à BenQ car l’écran est un très bon écran et maintenant je ne regrette pas mon achat.

I couldn’t be happier with my BenQ SW272U. The moment I set it up, I was blown away by the color accuracy, clarity, and overall build quality. As someone who depends on reliable, professional-grade visuals, this monitor delivers on every promise and then some.
I did run into a small software hiccup, but BenQ’s customer service was absolutely top-notch. I reached out expecting the usual back-and-forth, but instead I received immediate, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful support. The issue was resolved quickly and smoothly, leaving me even more impressed with the company behind the product.
The combination of stellar performance and outstanding customer care makes the SW272U an easy recommendation. Nothing but praise from me — this monitor has exceeded every expectation.

problem to calibrat my 10 years old monitor

I had a problem calibrating my 10-year-old BenQ monitor. I couldn't find a solution to the problem, so I contacted BenQ's customer service. Within approximately two weeks, the service provided me with software that allowed me to recalibrate my monitor. I'm very happy! BenQ has done a great job here! Keep it up!
