Great support

BenQ Support (and Tommy in particular) was extremely helpful in taking care of my issue when I was out of warranty due to an international purchase.

Hooray! Quality AND Service

Hooray! An unshittified company and service (via Equinox)!

A year after buying a nice little 24" monitor it developed a fault. I emailed with details, various tests I'd done; they asked for a bit more info and then: "That seems like a fault..."

It's been only two weeks since I first contacted BenQ and the monitor has just been replaced by courier delivery.

And the only reason it took the second week was me finding a time to be available to receive.

BenQ somehow manage to deliver product quality and service without breaking the bank - I wish others would learn from them.

Support aansluiting versterker met beamer

We hebben een beamer van BenQ gekocht en hadden op voorhand uitgezocht welke kabels we eveneens moesten kopen voor de verbinding met de versterker (met boxen) voor het geluid. Bij plaatsing werkte het echter niet. Het supportteam van BenQ heeft me snel kunnen helpen met het doorgeven van de juiste instellingen zowel voor de beamer als voor de versterker. Snelle en degelijke hulp die ik op prijs stel. We kunnen nu helemaal de cinema-ervaring thuis beleven.

Quick and Helpful Support for Defective Adapter

I ordered a Screenbar Halo2 from Amazon, and the adapter was defective (it made a coil whine noise). I submitted a request through their support page with a video showing the issue. The support team replied quickly and sent me a replacement adapter within a week. Great customer service!

Korte levensduur

Prijzige monitor SW2700PT (EUR 700) geeft na ongeveer 4 jaar problemen. Volgens support waarschijnlijk los contact ergens in de monitor. Dit kan gerepareerd worden onder garantie, maar tegen nogal hoge kosten.

Ik verwacht dat een product als dit het langer doet.

I found the customer experance great

I found the customer experance great. Elcent was quick getting back to me and gave me step by step instructions as to how to send my monitor away for repair.

I found her very helpful and would highly recommend Benq Support

BenQ - Tommy Customer Service

I had a great support from BenQ via Tommy as POC who managed my warranty request from end to end. He was very professional and demonstarted a strong capacity to understand the customer's concern. Tommy  provided multiple options not only to fix the issue but also to reach the best case scenario which is much apprecited.
I also woud like to thank M3S for their responsivness and the several tests they made prior to sending me a functional videoprojector.

Service zieht sich über Wochen – bislang keine funktionsfähige Lösung

Ich hatte mich sehr über den GP520 gefreut, wurde aber bisher vom Service enttäuscht.
Nach einem Defekt erhielt ich zunächst ein neues Netzteil, dann wurde der Projektor eingeschickt.
Die Reparatur blieb erfolglos, das Ersatzgerät war ebenfalls defekt.
Jetzt warte ich erneut auf ein funktionierendes Gerät – laut Service soll es Ende Oktober zurückkommen.
Nach mehreren Wochen ohne funktionsfähiges Produkt wünsche ich mir endlich eine dauerhafte Lösung und eine bessere Kommunikation.
Ich werde diese Bewertung anpassen, sobald das Thema gelöst ist.
