Great support experience, everything was as quick as possible. Currently waiting for my fixed projector.

Bought the Benq w2720i projector at TheNextshop. But at delivery I noticed that the projectorbox was damaged. The outer box was fine. The projector did not looked damaged, so I kept it. Sadly I noticed that the projector would suddenly do strange video glitches and crash. When I contacted the shop about it, they redirect me to Benq support. The Benq support is awsome. Easy form to fill in. After email reply about some additional information, the UPS info was send. The projector was picked up a day after. Few days later got UPS notification that the replacement unit has been sent. The new unit is working fine as I can see.

Via de chat BenQ benaderd om te kijken of ze een oplossing konden bieden voor de door mij gewenste situatie. Er werden vervolgens veel aanvullende vragen gesteld waarna ik de ultieme oplossing maar ook een goed alternatief (budget-vriendelijker) kreeg. heel goed geholpen, support overtrof mijn verwachtingen! dank!

I bought a new designer monitor which had a minor flaw which I lived with for over a year ( past the warranty). When I ultimately sent it in for a repair (even though it was out of warranty) the monitor was broken in transit. Benq (especially Ricardo) decided to help me and offered to replace my monitor and treat it as in warranty. I needed this as I couldn't afford to buy the monitor again. Very happy outcome in the end.

Expensive projector went wrong again (third time) still inside guarantee.
Response by BENQ was prompt , helpful, easy to upload the video of problem. Courier collected promptly , repair was fast and projector returned promptly. All working again. No cost to me. Can't fault the guarantee procedure or repair but regret the projector (W4000i), which is brilliant when it works, is so unreliable.

Toutes les documentations présentent ce modèle comme étant "4K natif", mais c’est totalement faux. Le GP520 n’a qu’une résolution native HD (1280 x 720). Il accepte un signal 4K en entrée, mais l’affiche en basse résolution.
Il s'agit d'une pratique trompeuse, difficile à détecter pour un consommateur non averti, et qui frôle l’arnaque commerciale. Résultat : perte de temps pour moi, retour du produit, et frustration inutile.
Je suis surpris qu’une marque aussi reconnue que BenQ se permette ce genre de communication ambiguë. C’est inacceptable pour un fabricant qui prétend être sérieux.

J'avais des difficultés à récupérer les informations de garantie de l'ensemble des vidéoprojecteurs de notre flotte, et Fatou est parvenue à me fournir la totalité des informations dont j'avais besoin, en très peu de temps.
Je suis très satisfait du service qui m'a été rendu

Incredible customer service (CS). Multiple item delivery got screwed up by UPS. One out of two monitors not delivered. Multiple postponed delivery attempts that finally was pushed through by BenQ CS. Unfortunately the box of the missing 32"monitor arrived heavily damaged. Got replaced very quickly by BenQ CS via a personal swap at the BenQ Europe BV office near my home.
Everything works just fine, including the two refurbished light bars. Great deal.
