Thanks to Tommy and the Benq support

Benq support responded the very next day (monday 10:00 ), giving me a valuable guide to troubleshooting my projector. This enabled me to find the connection error I was making and restart my 2008 MP512St projector which works perfectly. Thanks to Tommy for his sound advice.

Le service a été impéccable et je la remercie énormément pour les 3 semaines qui sont passé car j'ai envoyé mon écran et pendant tout ce temps elle m'a tenu informé de l'avancée et puis a relancé plusieurs fois les réparateurs et a mis en priorité ma demande (car retard)

Benq technical support

I’ve asked for a technical support several times and every time it is excellent. The level of knowledge is very high the speed is very high as well. Benq takes their customers very serious. I think a lot of companies should follow their example.

Una vergüenza de marca. No vuelvo a comprar BenQ en mi vida.

Compré un monitor BenQ MOBIUZ EX2710U de 27" en mayo de 2023. A día de hoy, 11 de junio de 2025, y todavía dentro del periodo de garantía, el monitor lleva días haciendo ruidos extraños y petardazos internos.

Contacté con BenQ desde su web oficial para abrir un RMA, solicitar que lo recojan en casa y que lo revise su servicio técnico. ¿Su respuesta? Que les grabe los ruidos, como si eso fuera fácil cuando ocurren de forma aleatoria e imprevisible.

Y lo más lamentable: me bloquearon el correo con el que les estaba escribiendo, impidiéndome seguir la conversación. Lo comprobé: si les escribo desde otro correo, los mensajes sí les llegan. Una jugada rastrera, digna de una empresa que no quiere asumir ninguna responsabilidad.

Son unos sinvergüenzas y una empresa de mlerda.
A la hora de vender, todo son buenas palabras y amabilidad. Pero cuando hay un problema dentro de la garantía, todo son excusas, largas y trabas.

No recomiendo esta marca a nadie. Totalmente irresponsables.
No vuelvo a comprar BenQ en mi vida ni recomiendo su compra.

PD: La fecha real de la experiencia es mayo de 2023, pero Trustpilot no deja seleccionar una fecha anterior a los últimos 12 meses.

I contacted the support for an issue…

I contacted the support for an issue with my projector. After 4 emails back and forth (2 from me, 2 from them) they stopped answering. I looked at their website and it said the support was supposed to be down for one day (the day that I had expected an answer). Ok, I thought, they must have missed mentioning that to me. However, the following two days after that I still didn't get a reply. Still waiting. Their phone support number has been down too, and no information about this on their website. I have also tried mailing them again to no avail.

Update after reply:
After writing this review, I shortly got a phonecall from BenQ followed by an email.
That aside, ascension day was the 29:th. 30th and the 2nd and 3rd were weekdays. Claiming that ascension day "may" have caused delays is a bit of an understatement. Especially since your phone support also has been unavailable during these days. In any case, communication is lacking from your side.

Unhelpful post purchase customer support

I had 2 contacts for post purchase assistance for BenQ SW2420 photographer monitor. The first contact was for resolution issues. I was told I had to upgrade the monitor first. The upgrade (a half dozen attempts) did not work. The rep guided me through all of the on website troubleshooting steps that I had already done myself. I followed his instructions and reported each step in writing. My monitor remains un-updated because their mandatory Quickit software failed (2 more tries). I gave up. The second was for 'scale' fix on the monitor. This time I telephoned. He was very nice but seemed out of his depth. Finally figured the scale problem out myself. Don't buy BenQ unless you are pretty tech savvy because if you need help, it's questionable you'll get what you need. 2 stars for courtesy. 0 stars for successful help.

Had a white pixel on projector

Had a white pixel on projector - dead centre of the screen. It was vey distracting and make viewing difficult. Contacted benq and they were very help despite me purchasing on eBay. Luckily my projector was still within warranty and they accepted my case. They arranged a courier and luckily I kept the original packaging which made the process easier.

Great support overall

Had contact with their customer support for a monitor that was outside its warranty period. They still manage to help me resolve my issue and insisted on hearing from me after I had not mailed them after resoling the issue.

Awful customer service, awful execution of order

Awful customer service. I haven't even received my monitor and I am having issues.

1-The package is already well delayed past their listed delivery timeframe, the tracking number I received shows no parcel being handed to the shipper.

2- Turns out I didn't get the right tracking number however it took multiple days and talking to different agents to finally even realize and for them to provide me with the correct tracking number

3- Awful attitudes, I spoke to multiple customer service agents, and none of them corrected the issue. They were rude, especially the manager. They quote policies not listed anywhere and even say these policies are not listed on their website.

If a policy isn't listed and it conflicts with your actual listed policy that is super suspect. I plan to return my purchase once received and would never shop with them again. They are telling me they can't cancel my order and I need to return the item and after they receive it, and they will refund me in 7-10 days. Unacceptable, AVOID!
